佐藤俊朗氏は、シービーリチャードエリス東京本社において、現在のCRE営業責任者に就く前に、
日本企業の不動産部門（ＣＲＥ）向け専門サービスを提供するグローバルコーポレイトサービス
本部を統括。
同氏は、1988年生駒商事（現シービーリチャードエリス）に入社し、国際事業部、経営企画部
での勤務を経て、1996年に赴任し、米国ＣＢＲＥ社ロサンゼルス及びニューヨークトライス
テートエリアにおいて、
日本企業向けサービス部門ジャパンデスクを立ち上げ、シニアディレクターとして約10年間勤務。
日本に帰任した2006年11月よりGCS本部責任者に就任し、2010年8月より現職。
現在は、日本のみならずアメリカ、中国、インド、ベトナム、タイ等をはじめ各国ＣＢＲＥ
の各専門サービスラインとの協業により、グローバル日本企業クライアントに包括的な不動産
サービスを提供している。
日本企業のＣＲＥ部門向けコーポレートサービスや国際的不動産取引の分野で幅広い経験を
持つ。

Toshiro Sato is Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate Solution and until recently, he was
Managing Director of Global Corporate Services in CB Richard Ellis K.K. Tokyo Head Office. He is
managing the largest corporate services team in Japan for Corporate Real Estate Function (CRE)
of Japanese global client.
Before he came back to Japan in November 2006, Mr. Sato was a Senior Director of the Japan
Desk in CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in US at Los Angeles and New York Tri-State Area for 10 years. Now
he is working very closely with local professionals of each CB Richard Ellis offices such as in Japan,
US, Grater China, India etc., to provide comprehensive real estate services globally to Japanese
global firms. He has extensive experience in brokerage / consulting for international real estate
transaction of Japanese companies and corporate services area.
He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey and a Licensed Real Estate
Broker in the State of California and Japan
