Achievements
With a track record of expertise in the production of speaker boxes,
VERSA can offer a FULLY INTEGRATED range of services in LARGE and
SMALL modules/box-build manufacturing and support to companies from
the earliest stage in design, development, following all the way through
mass production.
We are ISO9001 and ISO14000 certified, with environmental compliance
certificates issued by renowned customers like Panasonic, JVC and Sharp
etc. We are also pro-active in procuring our own XRF machine to check for
restrictions of Hazardous Substances (ROHs) as additional controls.
This demonstrates our commitment to protect and conserve our environment.

Our Facilities
INJECTION-MOLDING &
SECONDARY PROCESSES
VERSA MANUFACTURING houses molding machines from 50
tons to 650 tons to cater to the extensive requirements of
our OEM customers. We provide even more value in terms of
secondary and finishing process solutions (spraying, hot
stamping, printing, UV glue and heat induction etc.) to our
customers as well.

弊社はお客様の御要望にあった樹脂成型品を提供するために５０トンから６
００トンまでの樹脂成型機を持っており、鏡面仕上げの成型品も可能です。
さらに２次加工（塗装、
ホットスタンプ、印刷、高周波溶着など）
を含めた部品の
組立てを行えます。
WOOD-WORKING
SET-UP
We pride ourselves by having a comprehensive wood-working
set-up that includes high tech machines for laminating, V-cut,
CNC-cut, edge-branding and other ancillary equipment. In
addition, we play a very important role in keeping not only the
working environment but also the external environment as
well by investing in the state-of-the-art “cyclone” to ensure
saw dust emission is kept to the minimum.

PRODUCTION LINES
The development and operations of our 10 production lines are
readily customized to our OEM customers’ requirements. Our
experiences and expertise allow us to demonstrate that we are
able to produce parts not only with product reliability, but
also high quality coupled with productivity and efficiency. Our
industrial and process engineers relentlessly work with our
operators and line supervisors to spot areas to improve,
practise Preventive Failure Mode Evaluation Analysis (FMEA) to
achieve our performance requirements.
