人環境科学会理事、人間環境問題研究会理事を務
める。民法学、環境法学、医事法学を研究し、環
境法、不法行為法などに関する著書多数。

University Law School. Member of the Central Environmental
Council, Board Member of the Society of Environmental Science,
Japan and the Japan Society for Human Environmental Problems.
Specialized in civil law, environmental law and medical law, and

原科 幸彦

究員、同主任研究員、マサチューセッツ工科大学
客員研究員を経て、1983 年より東京工業大学助教
授、同教授。1993 年より放送大学でも「環境アセ
スメント」の講義を担当（客員教授）。専門は環
境計画、市民参加と合意形成、環境アセスメント。
Senior Researcher at National Institute for Environmental Studies,
Visiting Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, then
Associate Professor and Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology
(since 1983). Guest Professor at University of the Air (TV
University).
