細則 フォーマルレストラン"茜" の予約について追記のお知らせ
"茜"の予約に関しまして 「当日解約料」が、4 月 22 日の理事会において承認され、追記となりましたので
お知らせいたします。
2.14.2.4 個室、テーブルとも予約することができる。
茜は会食日の前日までに予約の内容や客数を電話等で再確認 しなければならない。
にもかかわらず、当日の会食において確認 した客数より少ない場合や不参である場合
は、以下の基準で予約を入れた会員に解約料を課すことが出来る。

Notice regarding Last Minute Cancellation Fees’ for Akane’s reservations
2.14.2.4 Private Room and tables are available for reservation
It is compulsory for Akane Restaurant to contact customers a day before the reservation date
to confirm on the reservation details.
Regardless, should there be a ‘no-show’ or should the number of people be smaller than the
reservation number, cancellations fee stated below applies.
