WIZARDS OF THE COAST LLC GP PUBLICITY RELEASE
Wizards of the Coast LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Wizards”), located at 1600 Lind Avenue
S.W., Suite 400, Renton, WA 98057, is producing online and offline coverage of its Magic: The Gathering
Grand Prix tournaments in furtherance of its worldwide marketing and promotion of the Magic: The
Gathering trading card game (the “Promotion”).

and grant Wizards, its agents, affiliates, and others working under its authority, full and free use
of photographs, video, recordings, voice recordings, and other materials containing my name,
biographical material, image, voice or likeness obtained in connection with my participation in the abovelisted Event. I further authorize and grant Wizards, its agents, affiliates, and others working under its
authority permission to use my name, biographical material, photograph(s), image(s), likeness(es), and/or
voice recordings with any other materials in connection with the Promotion, as Wizards may deem
appropriate.
I hereby grant the above Rights, without claim to compensation of any kind and hereby assign all right,
title and interest in the Rights and resulting Promotion as a work for hire for copyright purposes, and to
exhibit, distribute, transmit and/or otherwise exploit any and all such reproductions containing the Rights,
or any component elements thereof, arranged, copyedited and/or reproduced as Wizards sees fit, in any
and all media now or hereafter known, and in advertising and/or publicity in connection therewith, and the
right to use the Rights, or any component elements thereof, in any connection with any of the foregoing.
The Rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall inure in perpetuity. I
hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge Wizards and its parents, employees, agents,
licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions or the like that I
may have or may in the future have relating to any utilization of the Rights granted under this Release.
The terms contained herein constitute the entire agreement between myself and Wizards with respect to
this matter, supersede all other oral and written representations, understandings or agreements relating to
this engagement, and may not be amended except by written agreement signed by the parties.
I understand Wizards is conducting such activities in express reliance upon the foregoing, and I represent
and agree I am free to grant the Rights granted to Wizards hereunder.
