日本学術振興会カイロ研究連絡センター定例懇話会（2014 年度第 1 回）のお知らせ
◆ 趣旨：このたびの定例懇話会では、昨年 12 月の会に引き続き、国際的にも著名なエジ
プト学研究者にご登壇頂き、サッカラおよびダハシュールの最も著名なピラミッド研究
のお話を伺います。発表には日本語通訳はありませんが、多くのスライドを用い、分か
り易くご講演頂けると思います。また講義に先立って、お話の大筋を、日本語で簡略に
解説させて頂きます。皆様方の参加を心よりお待ち申し上げます。

'The Development of Pyramids from Djoser in Sakkara to Snofru at Dahshur’
I will try to follow the development of Pyramid construction from Djoser in Sakkara via the
pyramids of Seila and Meidum to the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid in Dahshur. I will
attempt to show the development from the construction of Step Pyramids to the successful
result at the Red Pyramid, also observing the evolution of the burial Chambers.

にお伝え下さい（収容人数の関係上、参加者は 40 人までに限らせて頂きます）。
注）本定例懇話会を円滑に進めるために、事前に参加人数を事務局が把握し、懇親会は参
加費支払型にしております。ご理解頂ければ幸いです。
