We accept the following types of credit card:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and
UFJ.
For all credit card transactions, a 5% service
charge will be added to the fee.

PayPal (Online Payment)
For this option, please consult us first.
For all payments by PayPal, a 5% service charge
will be added to the fee.
ペイパル（オンライン決済）
ペイパルの支払いご希望の方は事前にご連絡く
ださい。ペイパル決済の場合も上記同様 5％の取
扱手数料が加算されます。
Notes ご注意
- To ensure that your account is properly credited, please include your name and five-digit service file
number on all transfer forms.
御氏名のあとに必ず 5 桁の「サービスファイル番号」をご記入ください。
- Any outstanding payment should be made within 14 business days upon treatment.
料金のお支払は、カウンセリング実施日より 14 日以内にお支払いください。
- We require 24-hour notice for a cancellation. A cancellation fee will be charged for no-show and late
cancellation.
カウンセリングのキャンセルのご連絡は通常予約日時の 24 時間前までにお願いします。これ以
降はキャンセル料が発生いたしますので、ご注意ください。
- We do not accept payments by Debit Card. デビットカードの支払いは受付できません。
