バッグイン/バッグアウト式の一次HEPAフィルターと
二次HEPAフィルターの二連式HEPAフィルター構造
は、確実で安全な操作環境を確保します。一次フィ
ルターを交換するとき、二次フィルターがファンの汚
染を防ぎます。
排気エアーに含まれる微粉末を捕集したHEPAフィル
ターの交換は隔離した状態で交換・廃棄できる、バッ
グイン/バッグアウト方式を採用しています。
フード内に浮遊する飛散試料は、フード奥へスムー
ズに流れる低速の水平気 流が 補 集し、作 業者を
守ります。
装置前面を傾斜させたデザインは安全性と人間工
学を配慮した使いやすい作業姿勢を実現し、庫内
の視野性も確保しています。
フード内は継ぎ目が少なく、背面プレナムは工具を
使用せずに外せるので掃除がしやすい構造です。
