Our “Basic Pack” is a bundle of business applications that are
in high demand on smart devices. We offer these as a service
to customers for ¥390 per month per ID. The package includes
high-capacity “KDDI File Storage” and the “KDDI Knowledge
Suite” with all-in-one groupware functionality, as well as
“KDDI Business Mail,” a cloud-based mail service. These core
applications provide our customers with a mobile office environment. Furthermore, “KDDI 3LM Security” and “KDDI Smart
Mobile Safety Manager” can be used to manage both safety
and the device itself in an integrated manner.

く発信します。また、KDDIは、Googleが中小企業のホームペー
ジ作成を通じてビジネスのICT化を促進するプロジェクト「みんな
のビジネスオンライン」に、日本におけるビジネスパートナーとし
て参画しています。

“KDDI Matomete Office”——Membership Program
for Small and Medium-sized Corporate Customers
A fully functional ICT environment is part of a core business infrastructure, which is essential for corporate growth. “KDDI Matomete
Office,” a membership program for small and medium-sized corporate customers, provides a range of support to help customers realize optimal ICT environments. We provide an integrated service,
from proposing ICT environments to introduction and maintenance, and we also provide members with a helpdesk that they can
call on for consultation. The program simplifies cost management,
as communication fees and expenses related to ICT and OA equipment are invoiced together. We give customers points commensurate with their charges that they can apply toward the purchase of
ICT and OA equipment or supplies. Our goal is to take away the
hassles related to maintaining an ICT environment while helping to
cut costs and raise business efficiencies so that they can concentrate
on their core businesses.
“bizYou”——Online Business Support Site
“bizYou” is a website that we have set up to assist small and medium-sized corporate customers who are striving for success in the
online business arena. We deliver a broad range of information
via the website, which contains up-to-date business information
and tips on building websites and introduces gifts and products
that can prove useful in a business context. KDDI is Google’s partner in Japan on the “Everyone’s Business Online” project, promoting the use of ICT in business through Google’s construction of
websites for small and medium-sized corporate customers. “bizYou” links with “Everyone’s Business Online” to support online
business for small and medium-sized corporate customers. By
offering diverse information, products and services from various
perspectives, we also promote regional communities and contribute to business development.
