for adventure, go zip lining, parasailing, diving, or snorkeling.

semi-submersible tours.
Stroll along the ocean-front pedestrian promenade and you

DJ Atomic Mike is known as the world-class EDM (Electrical Dance Music), house and trance DJ and mainly
performs in Hollywood. Back in 2005, he spun with
DJ Kaskade at Ivar Hollywood, CA and was featured in
“pop MATTERS’ article as opener DJ. His music is more
like funky house music that makes people in the dance
floor crowd and danced.
He also spun with famous worldwide well known DJ
such as BT, Darude, Mark Farina, Derek Carter, Judge
Jules, Derrick May, Fergie, Moby, Moguai, John Dahlback and among many others at major clubs where
world-class DJ’s spin. These clubs are named as Create,
Exchange, Belasco, Circus, Mayan, King King, and the
Playboy Mansion from Los Angeles to the Philippines,
South Korea and Japan. And he has even closed for
Snoop Dog who is known professionally as an American
rapper and actor from Long Beach, California.
DJ Atomic Mike is not only an entertainer as DJ but
also working as a promoter in Hollywood. His connections and network to Hollywood’s night scenes are
strong enough to bring famous celebrities and attract
them. As a promoter in the early 2000’s when EDM is
getting popular in night club occasion, he has helped
to bring celebrity talents like DJ Tiesto, Ferry Corsten

WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW AND IN 2017!
Pier 44 Marina is located on Admiralty Way (G basin in between
Mindanao Way & Bali Way) under the management of Pacific Ocean
Management, LLC. There are several hundred in-water boat slips*
ranging in size 20ft up to 35ft with limited end ties that can accommodate larger yachts at reasonable rates. We also offer Dry Storage* areas
for boats on trailers with vehicle access for your convenience (located
a block away from public launch).
The in-water boat slips come with electrical and dock storage
boxes. The area is quiet and easy to enter and exit. There is ample
parking for boat owners and their guests.
The property has a boat maintenance services, laundry facilities, showers and other amenities to meet your boating needs.
There are commercial brokers, sailing schools, charter boats
(rentals) and other related services available. Close to Freeway
90, supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, Burton Chase
Park and other commercial and retail establishments.
By 2017, Pier 44 Marina will be renovated to new and much
more excited area to hang out.
