テクノアルファ株式会社は、
「メーカー機能を持った技術専門商社」

して、エレクトロニクス事業およびマリン・環境機器事業ならびにグルー
プ会社によるSI事業、サイエンス事業という4つの事業を展開しておりま
す。各事業部門でのビジネスに加え、テクノアルファ・グループとして各
社・各部門の強みを結集し、新商材の開発、
メーカー機能の強化に取り組
んでおります。
エレクトロニクス部門が取り扱う半導体製造装置、その関連製品、お
よび電子材料は当社創業以来の主力事業であり、特にパワー半導体製
造装置・材料の分野では、常に高いシェアを誇っております。
神奈川事業所においては、主にエレクトロニクス部門で取り扱う装置
に付加する搬送装置等を自社で設計・製造することに加え、パワー半導
体製造分野の知見・ノウハウを活用した自社商品を開発しております。
マリン・環境機器部門では、ミランダ式ダビット等の船舶用機器の販
売に加え、各種ろ過膜を組み込んだろ過システムを、当社にて設計、
エン
ジニアリングを行い、幅広い分野・用途向けに販売しております。

Ｉ事業を担うペリテックは、国内有数のNIアライアンス・パートナーで
あり、LabVIEW™を使用した試験・計測システムの受託開発を行ってお
ります。また、グループのソフトウェア開発部門としての機能を強化して
おり、自社製品の開発とともに、グループ各社の自社製品の制御ソフト
ウェア開発を行っております。
サイエンス事業を担うケーワイエーテクノロジーズは、
メーカーとし
て理化学機器の研究開発・製造・国内外への販売を行うとともに、商社と
して国内外の様々な理化学機器を取り扱っております。また、グループ
各社との協働による新製品の開発にも取り組んでおります。

Techno Alpha has four divisions – Electronics, Marine and
Environmental Machinery, System Integrator and Science – as a
technology trading company with manufacturing functions. We
focus on developing new businesses and enhancing our manufacturing functions by rallying our four divisions, as well as our
existing businesses.
Electronics Division has handled our main products, such as
semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related products as
well as electronic materials, since our company was founded. We
have a large share of the market, especially in power semiconductor manufacturing equipment and materials.
Kanagawa Office, our manufacturing arm, designs and produces
auxiliary equipment in-house for our Electronics Division, and
develops in-house products by utilizing knowledge and know-how
cultivated in power semiconductor manufacturing field.
Marine and Environmental Machinery Division provides marine
equipment, such as MIRANDA DAVIT ®, and supplies filtration
systems which include various filters through in-house design
and engineering for various fields and applications.
Peritec, our System Integrator Division, is a leading alliance
partner of NI in Japan and provides system integration services in
test and measurement areas using LabVIEW™. They develop
the control software for Techno Alpha’s and KYA technologies’
products, as well as their own products, while strengthening its
function as our software development division.
KYA technologies, our Science Division, researches, develops
and produces biochemistry devices and sells them in Japan and
abroad as a manufacturer, and also handles various domestic
and overseas biochemistry devices as a trading company. They
focus on developing new products in collaboration with other
divisions as well.
We aim to expand our business by the continuous improvement
of the strengths of our technology, collaboration between
divisions and industry-academic collaborations for further growth.

We are a company concerned with the interface between power semiconductors
and the environment (energy conservation, natural environment)
パワー半導体は、地球環境にやさしい製品の開発には必要不可欠な
役割を担っています。エコカ ー と 呼 ば れ る ハ イ ブ リ ッ ド 車 や、エ
ア コ ン や 液 晶 テ レ ビ と い っ た 家 電 に も 幅 広 く 使 用されて、日々

Power semiconductors play an essential role in the development of environmentally friendly products. They are a part of
our everyday lives, used in a variety of places such as
eco-friendly hybrid electric vehicles, air conditioners, and
liquid crystal displays. Techno Alpha constantly considers
the interface between technology and environment, in growing fields such as power semiconductors, solar batteries,
solar power and LED.
Techno Alpha’s core strengths are in “Market Development,” through combining its informational know-how with advanced technical expertise to
provide customers with optimum products and services, and “Product
Supply,” through sharing analyses on customer needs and technology
trends with suppliers in order to create products that the market demands.

パワー半導体は、電力制御を行う半導体であり、エアコン、冷蔵庫等の家電製品、各種再生可能エネルギー電源制御、変圧器、産業用モーター、工
作機械、鉄道車両等の産業用機器をはじめ、自動車にも多く使われています。
Power semiconductors are used to control electric power in various products: automobiles, home appliances such as air conditioners and
refrigerators, industrial power control devices such as green power control, power transformer, industrial motor drivers, and
machine/train motor drives.

Electronics Division
主にエレクトロニクス・自動車・車載部品メーカーのパワー
半導体製造プロセスの後工程で使用される半導体製造装置、各
種測定機器、電子材料、及び大学・研究機関等向けの研究開発
用の小型の機器等の輸入・販売、ならびに、液晶関連の部品、材
料および装置等の仕入・輸出・販売を行っているほか、自社製
品の開発、大学との産学協同にも取り組んでいます。
Mainly for manufacturers of electronics and automobile/automotive
electronics, Techno Alpha distributes semiconductor manufacturing
equipment, instruments and various advanced materials for the
back-end of the semiconductor manufacturing process. In the
academic market, we provide universities and research institutes
with small-scale equipment and instruments used in R&D. For the
oversea market, we export and sell LCD related devices, materials
and equipment. We also work with laboratories of Japanese universities in order to develop products, equipment and instruments
which meet market needs.

パワー半導体製造プロセス後工程のワイヤボンディング工程用のワイヤボ
ンダーおよびそれに付随する消耗品等を販売しています。さらに、お客様の
要望に応じて、
ワイヤボンダーに関連する搬送装置も販売しています。
プラスチック素材、金属、紛体など様々な素材の表面改質、成膜、エッチング
を行うことができるプラズマ装置を取り扱っております。
We distribute wire bonding equipment and related consumables to the back-end
packaging process of power semiconductor manufacturing. We also design and
fabricate customized material handling machines that support the special
requirements and needs of customers.
This plasma system is applicable for surface activation, coating, and etching on
plastics, metals, and powder.
熱可塑性接着剤、水分ゲッター剤、導電性ダイアタッチペースト、ボンディン
グツール、成型はんだ、溶接・リフローはんだ用微小電極等の特色ある電子
材料を取り扱っています。
今後市場拡大が見込まれるIoT、

We handle a variety of unique materials for electronic components, such as
thermoplastic adhesives, moisture getters, conductive die attach pastes, bonding
tools, casting solder, microelectrodes for welding and reflow soldering.
We focus on providing products applicable to printed electronics such as flexible
sensors, displays with technical consulting services for the developing market of
the IoT and wearable devices.

マリン・環境機器事業
Marine and Environmental Machinery Division
マリン事業においては、国内メーカーから調達した船舶用機器を、
国内外の造船所および海上保安庁向けに販売しております。
環境機器事業においては、海外メーカーより調達したSiC膜、チタ
ニア膜、振動式膜等のろ過膜を組み込んだろ過システムを、用途に
応じて設計・製造し、食品・化学・石油化学等幅広いお客様へ販
売しております。
Marine Section provides marine equipment to shipyards in Japan
and Asia.
Environmental Machinery Section fulfills customer needs by
designing and integrating filtration systems which include various
filters, such as SiC, TiO2, and vibratory filters.

1989年12月、エレクトロニクス機器の専門商社として誕
生した当社は、当時から高度な専門知識とノウハウをもつ
“技術者集団”
（Techno-）を志向し、商社という枠を超えた
“高付加価値”
（＋α）を提供する存在となることを目指し
ていました。
「テクノ」と「アルファ」という2つの言葉を融
合した社名には、そんな私たちの変わらぬ想いが込められ
ています。
Our company was established in December 1989 as an
electronics trading company. Our company name is a
combination of Techno to represent advanced expertise
in technology, and Alpha to represent the added value
that we aim to offer as a company that is more than a
mere distributor. This is a stance that we have consistently kept since establishment.
