【重要】本エンドユーザー使用許諾契約書（以下「本契約」といいます）は、本契約が付属している Soniccouture 製品（収録されているサウンド素材、
コンピュータ・ソフトウェア、および関連するメディア、印刷物、オンライン／電子書類などをすべて含み、これらを総称して以下「本ソフトウェア」
といいます）に関して、お客様と Soniccouture LTD（以下「Soniccouture」といいます）との間で締結される契約です。本ソフトウェアをインス
トール、コピー、あるいは使用した時点で、お客様は本契約のすべての条項に同意したとみなされます。本契約の条項に同意されない場合は、本ソフ
トウェアを使用することはできません。
本ソフトウェアは、著作権法、国際著作権条約、その他知的財産権に関するあらゆる法律／条約によって保護されています。お客様には本ソフトウェ
アを使用する権利が許諾されるだけであり、お客様に本ソフトウェアが売り渡される訳ではありません。
Soniccouture は、本ソフトウェアのエンドユーザーであるお客様（以下「エンドユーザー」といいます）に対して、楽曲を制作または演奏する目的
で本ソフトウェアを使用する権利を許諾します。
Soniccouture から書面による明確な許諾を得ている場合を除き、如何なる形態であろうとも、また、商用／非商用の如何にかかわらず、本ソフトウ
ェアに収録されているサウンド素材またはソフトウェア（単発音、ループ、ミックスされた曲、スクリプトなどを含みますがそれを限りとしません）
を使用して「サンプリング・ライブラリ」を制作することは固く禁止されています。これに違反した場合は、国内外の著作権法が及ぶ最大限の範囲で
告訴の対象となります。
本ソフトウェア（本ソフトウェアの中で使用されている画像、写真、動画、ビデオ、オーディオ、デモ曲、文章、および本ソフトウェアに組み込まれている「ア
プレット」などを含みますが、それを限りとしません）の財産権および著作権は、すべて Soniccouture が保有しています。
エンドユーザーは、以下の場合に限り、本ソフトウェアを複数のコンピュータ上にインストールして使用することができます。
・エンドユーザーの 1 ワークステーションが、複数のコンピュータによって構築されている場合。
・エンドユーザーが 2 箇所で作業する場合。
（例えば、スタジオにあるデスクトップ型コンピュータと、ライブ演奏時のラップトップ型コンピュータ、
など。
）
エンドユーザーが本ソフトウェアを譲渡、貸与、賃貸、担保、再販売、配布、ネットワーク上または電子的に転送・配信、改変その他を行うことは禁
止されています。
保証の放棄
本ソフトウェアは現状有姿のまま提供され、一切の保証はされておりません。本ソフトウェアおよび付属書類を使用することにより起こりうるリスク
に対する責任はすべてエンドユーザーにあるものとします。Soniccouture は、適用法が許す最大限の範囲内において、明示・黙示の如何にかかわらず、
また、商品性あるいは特定の目的への適合性に関する黙示保証を含みますがそれを限りとせず、本ソフトウェア並びに付属しているハードウェアに関
しての一切の保証を放棄します。また、Soniccouture は、適用法が許す最大限の範囲内において、本契約あるいは本ソフトウェアの使用または使用
不能に起因する、結果的、偶発的、直接的、間接的、特殊、懲罰的その他あらゆる損害（営業利益の損失、事業中断、企業情報の損失、その他あらゆ
る金銭上の損失を含みますが、それを限りとせず）に対して、たとえ Soniccouture がこれら損害が起こる可能性を知らされていたとしても、一切の
責任を負いません。
クリプトン・フューチャー・メディア株式会社（以下「当社」）は、本製品の契約原文（以下「契約原文」）を日本語に翻訳したものである本契約について、
翻訳の完全性を保証するものではありません。もし本契約と契約原文に相違があったときには、契約原文を優先するものとします。また、その様な相
違によって損害が生じたとしても、当社は保障いたしません。契約原文および本契約は、変更することがあります。その場合当社は、本契約の最新
版を当社 WEB サイトにて公表するものとします。本契約に関してご質問がある場合、当社 (Fax:011-222-0707 / Email: licensing@crypton.

PREFACE: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Soniccouture LTD for the
Soniccouture product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed
materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the software.
The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.
Soniccouture Ltd grants the Owner of a Soniccouture product the right to create finished musical works and performances using
the sounds and software that comprise the Soniccouture product.
The making of sample libraries in any form, commercial or otherwise, using Soniccouture audio or software (be they single hits,
loops, fully mixed audio clips, or scripts) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN without express written agreement of Soniccouture Ltd, and
violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of international and local copyright law.
The ownership of all title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software ) is fully asserted by Soniccouture Ltd.
The Owner may only install and use Soniccouture libraries and software on multiple computers strictly under the following
conditions: where multiple computers comprise part of a single composition workstation for a composer; or where the Owner has
two non-concurrent sites of work, for example a studio desktop and a laptop for live performance.
The Owner may not transfer, modify, rent, lease, loan, resell, distribute, network, electronically transmit or merge the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
The software is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the
software and documentation remains with user. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soniccouture further
disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, with regard to the software, and any accompanying hardware. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, in no event shall Soniccouture be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this EULA or the use of or inability to use the software, even if Soniccouture has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
