AGREEMENT (JPEPA)
1. フィリピンにとって初めての自由貿易協定The Philippines’ first ever free
trade agreement with any country.
2. 2006年にフィンランドで行われたアジアヨーロッパ首脳会議で、ア
ロヨ大統領と小泉首相により署名 Signed in 2006 by President Gloria
Macapagal-Arroyo and Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi during the sidelines
of the Asia-Europe Summit in Helsinki, Finland.
3. 2007年に日本で、本年10月にフィリピン上院で批准Ratified by the
Japanese Parliament in 2007 and by the Philippine Senate last October 8.
4. 関税引き下げによるモノ、サービス、資金の自由な流れを整備・促
進するために相互開放をし、その結果、貿易と雇用を増やす
Mutually opens both countries to facilitate and promote the free flow of goods,
services and capital thru reduced tariffs thereby boosting and increasing
exports and employment in both countries.
5. 両国の投資保護を確実なものとするEnsures protection of investments
