The menus and icons for the modeling mode are replaced by those of the drawing mode. The model views Tekla Structures drawings 14 Drawing mode screen layout remain on the screen behind the drawing. The following image identifies the various areas of the drawing window: 1. Menus contain all commands available in the drawing mode. 2. Basic tools for working with drawings. 3. Commands for creating dimensions and objects. 4. Select switches determine the selectable objects. 5. Snap settings control which points you can snap to and pick.
