Perforated pipe
High-frequency current is applied to a noncontact induction coil to generate induction
current at the material edges, and as a result,
the edges are locally melted by the generated

The Amagasaki Works achieves reliable quality assurance with a strict inspection structure from materials to products.
当所の製品は多くのユーザーから高い信頼を得ていますが、これは素材からの一貫した品質保証体制が確立されているからです。
こうした品質保証体制は多様化する要求品質に応じた製造技術の確立と、確実・高精度な検査・試験設備が一体となった品質管理
により築かれています。特に最終検査工程においては熟練した検査員により渦流探傷試験、水圧試験、空気圧試験のほか各種の試
験が行われ、確実な製品品質の造り込みに大きく貢献しています。
Our products have widely gained solid trust from users. This is thanks to our established quality assurance system consistently applied to the material
and every subsequent phase. The system has been made available due to the establishment of production technology capable of meeting diversified
quality requirements and the quality control system where all the reliable and accurate testing equipment is used in combination. In the final inspection
phase, in particular, eddy-current inspections, hydraulic/pneumatic pressure tests and other various tests are conducted by skilled personnel, which
greatly contribute to providing reliable, quality products.

In creating “products kind to the environment and to people”, the Nisshin Steel group
considers environmental protection one of the important corporate management
foundations for sustainable development, and a social responsibility to be discharged.
In the 21st century we aim for business activities that will contribute to “building a
society in harmony with the environment” and to “environmental protection on a global
scale”.

1) Introducing products that help reduce the environmental impact:
We are contributing to the building of a recycling society in harmony with the
environment by developing and marketing environment-friendly products
(eco-materials) based on consumer needs, social trends, and the LCA viewpoint.
2) Activities to reduce the environmental impact in production processes:
Along the lines of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, in addition to
reducing the impact on the atmosphere, water, and soil, we promote on a continuing
basis programs to pursue on a continuing basis resource and energy conservation and
recycling at every stage of our business activities.
3) The participation of everyone in the Nisshin Steel group:
The entire Nisshin Steel group is working together to reduce the impact on the
environment in all aspects of business, from purchasing of raw materials, equipment
and supplies, technology development, transport of products, recycling of byproducts,
and through plant manufacture that preserves the environment. As a citizens of the
