東北復興次世代エネルギー研究開発プロジェクトは東日本大震災により被災した東北の復興を牽引する社会を構築するた
め、再生可能エネルギーの活用によるエネルギーの生産と管理を社会システムとして確立していくことを目指し、下記3つの
課題を掲げ、
新たな環境・エネルギー先進地域としての発展に貢献すべく、
次世代エネルギーの研究開発を進めております。
課題1
三陸沿岸へ導入可能な波力等の海洋再生可能エネルギーの研究開発
課題2
微細藻類のエネルギー利用に関する研究開発
課題3
再生可能エネルギーを中心とし、
人・車等のモビリティ
（移動体）の視点を加えた都市の
総合的なエネルギー管理システムの構築のための研究開発
本シンポジウムでは、再生可能エネルギーの研究開発に先進的に取り組んでいる研究者を国内外から招待し、講演いただく
とともに、
東北復興次世代エネルギー研究開発プロジェクトの活動状況を紹介します。
Our project aims to introduce energy production and management using renewable energies to the
social system leading to the recovery of the area of Tohoku devastated by the Tsunami arising from
the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We have proposed three tasks with the aim of developing the Next-generation energies to
contribute to the development of a new environmentally advanced region of Tohoku.
Task 1. R&D on wave power and other ocean renewable energy applicable to the Sanriku Coast
Task 2. R&D on algae-based biofuels
Task 3. With a focus on renewable energies, R&D on integrated community energy
control systems enabling human and vehicle mobility
We will invite the speakers who are taking the lead in research development of renewable energy.
They will give us speeches and we will introduce the activities of Tohoku Recovery Next-generation
Energy research and Development Project.

の超臨界流体に関する欧州会議の実行委員
長も務めている。
研究分野・テーマは、超臨界・亜臨界流体を用
いた応用技術ならびにプロセスであり、
そのための
基盤となる高圧相平衡の研究も推進している。
抽出分離の対象として藻類を勢力的に扱ってお
り、
微細藻類からの超臨界 CO₂ 抽出とそのモデ
リング、
あるいは前処理の効果などの論文を発表
している。

現在は日本大学特任教授、東京大学名誉教授に就任。
船や海洋構造物の運動に関連した流体力学と運動学の研究を行っている。

筑波大学准教授　日本　University of Tsukuba, Japan
筑波大学生命環境科学研究科の准教授で、
かつ同大学上海教育研究センターの副センタ―長でもあ
る。15 年以上にわたり、
バイオマス変換技術の開発、高効率バイオガス化システムの構築及び有用物質
の生産の実現に従事し、
同大学及び中国の高校、
大学のエネルギー・環境教育に力を入れている。

国際研究センター 教授。専門は、
交通計画、
都市計画、
消費者行動論。
