申請方法／How to apply
タイへ留学する学生は上記の必要書類を持って在日本タイ大使館で申請手続きを行う。
申請は本人申請のみ可。郵送・代理申請は不可
ビザ申請の受付時間は月～金午前 9:00~11:45。ビザ申請にはウェブで事前予約が必要です。
通常のビザ発給手続きは一日間で、大使館から別の受取り日を指定されない限り、申請
者は翌開館日にビザを受け取れます。
手続きの詳細は以下の「在日本タイ大使館」のウェブサイトを参照のこと。
Students who will visit to Thailand should apply for a visa at Thai Embassy in Japan. Available
time for applying a Visa is in 9:00~11:45 Mon to Fri. Advance reservation with the web site is
required for applying a visa. Visa issuance process generally takes one (1) day and the applicant
may collect visa on the next working day, unless the applicant is informed by the Embassy of the

注意／Note
原則ビザ取得に伴い発生する交通費および宿泊費は学生負担とします。
Basically, expenses involved in obtaining a Visa such as transportation, accommodation fee
should be paid by Students.
4.
ビザの延長/Visa Extensions
最大滞在期間 90 日を超えて滞在したい場合は、通常タイに入国後、タイ入国管理局で手
続きをします。しかし、留学先の担当窓口が代理で手続きを行ってくれる場合もあるの
で確認してみてください。
If you wish to stay in Thai longer than 90 days, you have to take appropriate procedures either at
a Thai consular mission abroad or at the Immigration Bureau after entering Thai. However,
relevant person or division in your host university in Thai may take care of those procedures
instead of you. Ask your advisor.

A 型肝炎：途上国に中・長期(1 か月以上)滞在する人。特に 40 歳以下
A 型 肝 炎 は 食 べ 物 か ら 感 染 す る 病 気 で 、ア ジ ア 、ア フ リ カ 、中 南 米 に 広 く 存 在 し
ます。発症すると倦怠感が強くなり、重症になると 1 か月以上の入院が必要と
な る 場 合 が あ り ま す 。途 上 国 に 中・長 期（ 1 か 月 以 上 ）滞 在 す る 人 に お す す め す
る ワ ク チ ン で す 。特 に 60 歳 以 下 の 人 は 抗 体 保 有 率 が 低 い た め 、接 種 を お す す め
します。
ワ ク チ ン は 2～ 4 週 間 隔 で 2 回 接 種 し ま す 。6 か 月 以 上 滞 在 す る の で あ れ ば 6 か
月目にもう 1 回接種すると約 5 年間効果が続くとされています。
破傷風：冒険旅行などでけがをする可能性の高い人
破傷風菌は世界中の土壌の至る所に存在し、日本でも毎年患者が発生していま
す。破傷風は傷口から感染するので、冒険旅行などで怪我をする可能性の高い
人におすすめするワクチンです。特に、途上国では、けがをしやすく、命に関
わることもあるので、接種を検討してください。
破 傷 風 ワ ク チ ン は 1968 年 （ 昭 和 43 年 ） か ら 始 ま っ た 3 種 混 合 ワ ク チ ン （ ジ フ
テリア、破傷風、百日せき）に含まれていますので、定期予防接種で破傷風・
ジ フ テ リ ア ワ ク チ ン を 12 歳 の 時 に 受 け て い れ ば 、 20 代 前 半 位 ま で は 免 疫 が あ
り ま す の で 、 接 種 は 不 要 で す 。 そ の 後 は 、 1 回 の 追 加 接 種 で 10 年 間 有 効 な 免 疫
がつきます。
その他：

：血液に接触する可能性のある人
（狂犬病）
：イヌやキツネ、コウモリなどの多い地域へ行く人で、特に、近くに医療機関が
