当社の連結子会社 Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd.
(カナダ・アルバータ州、以下
Guest-Tek という) は、現地 2007 年 12 月 18 日付で、アルバータ証券取引委員会他より、同社
株式の取引停止が解除されたことの発表が出ましたことをお知らせいたします。
なお、これは、Guest-Tek の四半期決算の発表遅延に対して、アルバータ証券取引委員会他よ
り、2007 年 4 月 19 日に同社株式の取引停止を受けていたものであります。

Guest-Tek Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Orders
Calgary, Alberta – December 18, 2007 – Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd.
(the “Corporation” or “Guest-Tek”) (TSX: GTK) today announced that the cease trade
orders that were issued by the Alberta Securities Commission, the British Columbia
Securities Commission, the Autorité Des Marchés Financiers and the Ontario Securities
Commission (the “CTOs”) against the Corporation’s common shares have been revoked.
The CTOs were issued due to the fact that the interim unaudited financial statements for
the period ending December 31, 2006 (the “Interim Financials”) were not filed by April
14th, 2007. The Corporation filed the Interim Financials on May 30, 2007 and has filed
all subsequent financial statements required under its continuous disclosure obligations.
