テーマの説明 Explanation of the theme
未来大学では休講・補講情報など学生にとって重要な情報
を学外から見られないという問題がありました。この問題を解
決するのがNews Release Assist System通称NRAシステム。
We propose News Release Assist System (NRA) to solve
the problem that FUN students cannot access, from the
outside, critical information about cancellation of a lecture
or a supplementary lecture.

学内サーバ ： EMS掲示板の情報を収集、フィルタリングした後学外サーバに送信
Inside Server : Inside Server: correct BBS's information, and then send the data without taboo words to the outside server.
学外サーバ ： EMS掲示板の情報をDBに登録し、ユーザに見やすい形で提供
Outside Server : Resist the EMS-BBS data on database, and provide easy-looking webpage to NRA user.
成果 Result
アクセスの広域化 Wide spread to access
学内でのみ公開されていた学生に必要な情報をWeb上に公開することによって、どこからでもアクセス出来るようになった。
We can access necessary information from anywhere on the internet, by placing in-campus information in the public domain.
情報の学外利用
Use the information in outside-Campus
学生は休講や補講に情報を見る為に、わざわざ大学に来る必要が無くなった。
We do not need to go to FUN to check the information about cancellation of a lecture or a supplementary lecture.
利用しやすい情報へ
Make the information more useful
EMSの機能には無い新着情報･最終更新日時などを表示し、より学生が利用しやすい形にした。
We can obtain new information easily, by adding an indicator that tell us recently added information and last modified date.
