There were significant differences in the recovery of skin temperature after loading the cold water between Hiesho group and healthy group, especially in the secretory phase of menstruation cycle. HF tended to be higher in PMS group than healthy group and LF/HF tended to be higher in Hiesho and PMS group than Healthy group, in the secretory phase of menstruation, respectively. It was suggested that the dysfunction of autonomic nerve activity was associated with the pathophysiology of Hiesho and PMS, had the differences in its severity between proliferative and secretory phase of menstrual cycle.
