目的
•
放射線科レポ トシステムは、各社が特徴ある商品を開

現状認識

現状認識

IHEのプロファイル「SINR」と「RWF」は、DICOM

各国の読影レポートの標準化動向
•
各国の国家プロジェクトでは、文書共有を目的としたHL7
各国の国家プロジ

CDA R2によるテンプレート整備に力を注いでいる。検討
に時間を費やすよりも、早期の試行を重視する傾向。
北⽶ではDICOM SRによる画像診断レポートが⼀般的だったが、
2010年にDICOM SRからHL7 CDAへ移⾏可能なテンプレートを
まとめ、「HL7 Implementation Guide」として公開している。
台湾では108種のXMLベースのレポートが標準化され、HL7

テンプレートを移⾏する予定。
内視鏡－病理連携のため、HISが受信した内視鏡レポートから、
必要となる項⽬を解析し、病理オーダを⾏う仕組みの中でHL7
CDAを使うことがJAHISより提案されている。
