 1. To check if Exchange ActiveSync items are set to be synchronized, From home, tap Apps Settings
> Accounts > > Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. l If Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync doesn’t appear under the Accounts heading in the Settings menu, you do not have an Exchange ActiveSync account configured on the phone. For information about adding an account, see Add an Exchange ActiveSync Account.
2. If your Exchange ActiveSync account is set for synchronization, the ON/OFF switch next to Sync Calendar will be ON .
Clock
Your phone has a clock app that lets you set alarms, view time in time zones around the world, use a stopwatch, set a timer, and use your phone as a desk clock.
Checking the Time
You can always check the time on your phone. The current time displays in the upper right corner of the Status Bar. Many widgets and Lock screens also display the time and provide options for how time is displayed.
Setting Date and Time
Your phone automatically receives the current date and time from the wireless network. You can set the date by hand by overriding the default setting.

2. Tap Date and time.
3. Set available date and time options.
l To set the date and time, tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Automatic data and time off.
l To select a time zone, tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Automatic time zone off.
Your date and time settings are applied and saved.
Set Alarms
Set multiple alarms using your phone’s Clock app.
1. From home, tap Apps Useful Apps and Features
> Clock > Alarm.

2. Set the alarm options, including time, days, and repeat pattern. For more options, tap OPTIONS. 3. When finished, tap Save.
You will see the alarm icon in the Status Bar.
Phone at Alarm Time
n At the set alarm time, the phone sounds the alarm and/or vibrates.
n When the alarm sounds, drag to left or right to dismiss it.
World Clock
The world clock lets you keep track of the current time in multiple cities around the globe.

1. From home, tap Apps > Clock 2. Tap a city, and then tap Add City > World Clock.
to add it to your list.
3. Repeat to add multiple cities.
Stopwatch
The stopwatch lets you time events down to the hundredth of a second.
1. From home, tap Apps > Clock > Stopwatch.
2. Tap START to begin timing.
3. Tap STOP to stop timing.
