(recommendation) and Heigan (general exam). The “Tokutai Nyushi” of most private high schools is a Heigan type of

（３）海外帰国者等入学者選抜
Special selection process for students returning from abroad.
外国籍の人や帰国子女の人が受けやすい入学テストです。志願者がいれば、公立高校の前期選抜・後期選抜とも
に実施され、募集定員は特に設けられていません。なお、細かい応募資格があり、出願資格がとても厳しいので詳し
くは学校などで問い合わせてください。
This is an exam for students that lived abroad and came back to Japan recently. For people who fall into this
category, this process is done concurrently with then usual entrance exam process. The qualification for this selection
is very strict and for more details contact the high school you will apply.
※Attention: this special exam is for people who lived in Japan for total of less than two years and have
other restrictions. This kind of test is not for foreigners that have lived in Japan for a long time. Please search for
details to know if you qualify.

In Gunma prefecture, for students that want to study but have financial difficulties but do not want to give up going
to high school, there are scholarships and other kinds of school assistance. To know more details, contact a school
teacher or institution that offers scholarships and assistance.

主な奨学金の種類 School assistance and scholarships types
＊返済型奨学金 Student Loans.
もっとも一般的な奨学金です。貸与という言葉で示すこともあります。日本での多くの奨学金がこの制度に基づいて支
給されています。さらに、この中で無利子と有利子の奨学金に分かれます。
This is the most common type of school assistance. There are people that use study loan sytems. Most of the school
assistance in Japan is based in this kind of system. There is assistance that you can pay loan without interest and
others with the interest.
＊無返済型奨学金 Grants
支給を受けた奨学金を返済しなくても良い奨学金です。無返済型の奨学金は数があまり多くありません。また、支給
資格が厳格に決まっている場合が多く、競争率も高いと思われます。
This kind of scholarship is not necessary to pay back. There are few kinds of this scholarship and to receive this kind
of scholarship there are strict qualifications and competition is high..

There are similar high school international schools including ethnic schools. There are big schools and small schools
and most of them have a school system to similar the systems in their respective countries. School month expense
amounts depend on each system that we recommend searching before deciding. There are schools that if you
graduate you can apply to the entrance examination for colleges and there are others that have been recognized by
the ministry of education from each country. Those who wish to know more about that contact each school (details on
page 24).
（４）卒業検定試験（
卒業検定試験（ENCCEJA - Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos)
無認可の外国人学校を卒業しても卒業証書は発行されません。そうした人達が卒業証書を得るためには、卒業検
定試験（エンセジャ）を受ける必要があります。卒業検定試験（エンセジャ）は、ブラジル教育省が実施する、小学、中
学、高校に相当する学力を認定し、修了資格を与える制度です。日本でも、群馬県太田市・神奈川県横浜市・静岡県
浜松市・愛知県名古屋市など、ブラジル人居住者の多い都市で実施されています。
基礎教育課程（日本の小中学校に相当する義務教育の 9 年間）および、中等教育課程（高校に相当する 3 年間）
で、それぞれ合格した場合、ブラジル帰国後に高校や大学の試験が可能になるので、いつかブラジルに帰りたいと考
えている人は選択肢の一つに入れておいた方がよいでしょう。受験内容などの詳しいことについては、ブラジル総領
事館に問い合わせてください。
There are Brazilian schools that are not recognized by the ministry of education in Brazil and are unable to give
graduation certificates. For these people, they need apply for the EXCCEJA test. This exam is done by the Brazilian
ministry of education for graduation certification for elementary school, junior high and high school. This exam is done
every year in Gunma, Kanagawa, Shizuoka and Aichi Prefectures. The place of examination may possibly change. We
recommend consulting the Brazilian consulate in Tokyo or Nagoya.
In case of being approved in these steps: elementary school and junior high (9years) and high school (3years), will
give permission to continue studies upon return to Brazil at high school or college. This is one of the options for those
who want to return to Brazil. For more details about the exam consult the Brazilian consulate.

この他にも制服は取扱店によって値段に差があります。
公立高校は大体 5 万円前後ですが、私立高校はファッションブランドデザインのもの
も多いので公立高校の何倍もかかります。
There are other expenses: school uniform, depending on the store the amount will be
different.
In the private high school the average school uniform price is 50.000 yen but, in the
private high school there are brand-named uniforms that are more times expensive.
また、修学旅行費も公立高校と私立高校ではだいぶ異なります。
群馬県内の公立高校の多くは修学旅行で京都や沖縄に行くところが多く、値段も 8 万
円～11 万円程度です。一方、私立高校は海外に行く所が多いので、制服と同じよう
に修学旅行費も公立高校の何倍もかかります。
The graduation trip fee is different between the private and public high schools. Most
of the public high schools go to Kyoto or Okinawa and the amount is around 80.000 to
110.000 yen. On the other side, private high schools go abroad and just as the school
uniform, the graduation trip is more expensive.

このパンフレットは、日本の高校への進学を考えている外国人生徒やその保護者の方の力に少しでもなれればという思
いから作成に至りました。このパンフレットに載っている内容が高校入試、高校生活、そしてこれから先の進路選択の全て
という訳ではありませんが、選択肢の一つとして参考にしていただけると幸いです。
This pamphlet was made to help foreign parents and students that are thinking about continuing their studies in Japanese
schools. The content is focused on high school entrance examination, daily school life and other options for the future. We
couldn’t put in all the dates but we would be happy if this is helpful for you.
生徒のみなさんへ
どうしても勉強する気になれなくてついつい遊んでしまう時もあると思います。初めてのことで不安に押しつぶされてしま
いそうな時もあると思います。なんだかんだ言って何とかなるだろうと楽観視してしまう時もあると思います。しかし、今が一
番頑張る時です。一緒に戦っている仲間のこと、厳しくも励ましてくれる先生たちのこと、常に誰よりも近くで支えてくれてい
る家族のこと、そしてこれまで頑張ってきた自分のことを思い出してください。強い意志とひたむきな努力があなたの背中を
押し、夢の実現に大きく近づきます。一緒に頑張りましょう。
There are moments where we cannot study and use time for doing leisure. There are moments that because it is new
thing, we worry about it endlessly. But, now is the moment to try hard. Think about classmates that are fighting along with
you, about your teachers, that even though they are very strict they always support you, and especially your family that is
supporting you at all times. If you go straight forward with your energy, your dreams come true. Let’s try hard together.
