開催のお知らせ
広 島 大 学 と INU（ 国 際 大 学 ネ ッ ト ワ ー ク ）は 、8 月 5 日 か ら 10 日 ま で 、広
島 市 内 お よ び 本 学 東 広 島 キ ャ ン パ ス に お い て 、地 球 市 民 と 平 和 に つ い て 討 議 す
る 「 INU 学 生 セ ミ ナ ー 『 地 球 市 民 と 平 和 』 ２ ０ １ ０ 」 を 開 催 し ま す 。
8 月 6 日 の 原 爆 記 念 日 を 中 心 に 、 広 島 に お い て INU 学 生 セ ミ ナ ー ・ 修 士 サ
マ ー ス ク ー ル を 開 催 す る こ と で 、国 際 的 に 平 和 を 希 求 す る 地 球 市 民 を 育 成 す る
ことに貢献しています。
こ の セ ミ ナ ー は 、 世 界 の INU 加 盟 大 学 と 協 力 し て 平 成 １ ８ 年 か ら 毎 年 広 島
で 開 催 し て お り 、 今 年 で 5 回 目 と な り ま す 。 今 回 の テ ー マ は 、「 人 道 的 介 入 /
干 渉 」で 、海 外 の 大 学 か ら 学 生 19 名 と 教 職 員 12 名 、本 学 お よ び 立 命 館 大 学
か ら は 学 生 44 名 が 参 加 す る 予 定 で す 。
セミナーでは、インドネシア・ガジャマダ大学教授サムスー・リザル・パン
ガ ビ ア ン 氏 に よ る 基 調 講 演 、 UNITAR広 島 事 務 所 長 の ア レ キ サ ン ダ ー ・ メ ヒ ア
氏による講演のほか、広島平和記念資料館の見学、平和記念式典への参列、被
爆 者 の 方 に よ る 体 験 講 話 な ど が 行 わ れ ま す 。最 終 日 に は 、
「ジンバブエにおける
人 道 的 介 入 /干 渉 の 開 始 に つ い て 」 と い う テ ー マ で 模 擬 国 連 総 会 を 行 い ま す 。
ま た 、8 月 3 日 か ら 10 日 に は 、広 島 市 内 、ひ ろ し ま 国 際 プ ラ ザ お よ び 本 学
東 広 島 キ ャ ン パ ス に お い て 、「 INU 修 士 サ マ ー ス ク ー ル 」 を 開 催 し ま す 。こ れ
は 、INU に 加 盟 す る 複 数 の 大 学 が 共 同 で 開 発 し た 修 士 レ ベ ル の 夏 期 集 中 講 義 で 、
教員・学生ともに世界各国から参加します。広島での開催は今年 2 年目で、
「地球市民」をテーマに、英語で実施されます。

■ＩＮＵは、学 生 や教 職 員 の交 流 、遠 隔 授 業 の開 発 ・実 施 、大 学 経 営 に関 する情 報 交 換 などを目
的 に、オーストラリアのラ・トローブ大 学 オズボーン前 学 長 が提 唱 して 1999 年 に設 置 され、2010
年 7 月 1 日 現 在 、8 カ国 10 大 学 が加 盟 しています。
■広 島 大 学 は初 年 度 より加 盟 し、2003 年 からは理 事 校 に任 命 されました。年 次 総 会 や理 事 会 の
他 、交 換 留 学 をはじめとする教 育 活 動 、研 究 に関 するワークショップや、職 員 研 修 の協 力 等 を通
して、加 盟 大 学 間 の情 報 ・意 見 交 換 などを行 っています。INU の活 動 は、本 学 の重 要 な国 際 戦
略 の柱 の一 つとなっています。

The INU Student Seminar aims to allow students from INU (International
Network of Universities) member universities to learn about “Global
Citizenship” through discussions, workshops, and activities with distinguished guest speakers and students from around the world.

“Humanitarian Intervention”（人道的介入／干渉）
このセミナーは、INU（国際大学ネットワーク）加盟大学の学生に対し、
著名なゲストスピーカーや世界各国の学生とのディスカッションやワー
クショップ等を通じて、
“Global Citizenship”について考え討議する機
会を提供することを目的としています。
This seminar has been held annually since 2006. The 2009 seminar was carried out under the
theme “Migration, Refugees, and Peace”, and approximately 50 students from 10 different universities in 8 countries around the world participated. They held lively debates and
had an unforgettable experience overall.
このセミナーは、2006 年から毎年開催しており、昨年の第 4 回セミナーは、
“Migration, Refugees, and Peace”をテーマに開催し、世界 8 カ国 10 大学から約 50 名の学生が参加しました。
参加者間で活発な意見交換と討議が行われ、参加した学生からは、素晴らしい経験ができたと
喜びの感想が寄せられています。
The theme for the 2010 program is “Humanitarian Intervention” and will proceed according
to the schedule below. Don’t miss this opportunity to join the lectures and discussions with
students from INU universities abroad.
第 5 回目となる 2010 年のテーマは“Humanitarian Intervention”で、以下の内容で開催します。
海外の INU 加盟大学の学生とともに、講義やディスカッションに参加する意欲ある学生の皆さ
んの応募をお待ちしています。
