感染しても約8割の人は症状が出ません。
2割の人は蚊に刺されてから2∼7日後くらいに発症します。

血液検査では特徴的な所見はない

血液や尿の遺伝子検査、または血液の抗体検査で診断する

発症から数日で血液からジカウイルスは消えるが、尿からは2週間程
度までジカウイルスが見つかる
ジカ熱の治療と予防

現在のところジカ熱に対する特異的な治療はない
✤
それぞれの症状に対して対症療法を行う

有効なワクチンも今のところない

蚊に刺されないための対策が重要

ジカウイルス感染症と小頭症

妊婦さんが感染するとお腹の中の赤
ちゃんが小頭症になることがあると
言われています。
ある研究によると、通常の分 に比
べてジカウイルス感染症に感染した
妊婦さんから小頭症の赤ちゃんが生

ジカウイルス感染症が流行している地域から帰国後1週間以内に目の
充血、微熱、全身の皮疹などの症状があるとき

頭痛や全身の節々の痛みを伴うことも
中南米だけでなく、東南アジアでもジカウイルス感染症は流行してい
る点には注意が必要

日本におけるマラリア

年間60∼80例前後（全て海外感染例）。

現在でも年間1~2人程度死亡例がみられる。診断・治療の
遅れが主な原因と考えられる。

マラリアの臨床症状
✤
潜伏期間は12∼35日
✤
発熱以外の症状は多彩
✤
頭痛、関節痛、黄疸、吐気、下痢など
✤
症状が発熱と下痢だけのこともあり、旅行者下痢症と判
断され診断が遅れ重症化することがある。重症マラリア
の死亡率は15-20%
