悶粘膜 血流に及ぼす賊刺激の効以について検討した

対象は回旋患白既往のない 2 0歳代の健常成
胃粘膜血流の測定は検査前日 の午後 9 時以降絶食とした被験者に前処置を行 った後
に胃内視鏡を押入 L. 内視鏡白書1I子孔よりレーザード ッ プラー血涜計のプロープを胃内に姉入 L 断門前
庭部の小湾側粘膜に接触 させて行った
全測定時間は ω分!日l とし
を行い,刺激終了後 3 分間までの粘膜 rfn 流の変動を観察 L.
測定開始 2 分後より 5 分間の鍛刺激
同一被験者における背任刺激時白血流変動と
比較検討した.鎖刺激には羽田20号銭を使用 L. 刺激部位は足三塁穴とした.結集. 鎖刺激開始後より
粘膜血流は徐々に増加し,銭刺激終了後より前値に復する傾向を認めた
