かになったのも、意味のあることだ。韓軍がこうした戦力への対策を講じること
が可能になったからだ。「天安」沈没事件を機に韓政府は、北に対する一切
の支援を中断した。北朝鮮労働党 39 号室等が主導する海産物水揚げも
全面禁止され、北の主貿易会社は窮地に立たされた。

哨戒艦沈没：魚雷推進部の文字が消えなかった理由（上）（下）
KAIST 宋泰鎬教授、「週刊朝鮮」に論文を公開
哨戒艦「天安」が沈没した海域で北朝鮮製魚雷の推進部が回収されたが、

上に上昇したはずだ。マジック成分の沸点は 78.4 度から 138.5 度という事実
から推測すると、爆発後にマジックの痕跡が残っているのはおかしい」という論
理を展開した。このような主張に対し宋教授は、「熱力学の基本を理解して
いないため、とんでもない主張が出てきた」と語る。宋教授によると、イ教授ら
が犯した最初の過ちは、水中爆発の状況を大気中での爆発と同じように仮

膨張したバブルが魚雷推進部に到達するまでの時間はおよそ 0.0071 秒。こ

偵察は引き受けた ＵＡＶ初飛行訓練 日出生台
初飛行訓練で着陸アプローチを行う陸自の最新装備「無人偵察機システム」と、見守る西方
無人偵察機隊の隊員（７月９日、大分・日出生台演習場で）
西部方面情報隊無人偵察機隊（飯塚）は７月９日、大分・日出生台演習場で最新装備
「無人偵察機システム」の初飛行訓練を行った。同システムはヘリ型小型無人機（ＵＡＶ）で遠
隔地の敵の動向を偵察するＵＡＶ飛行管制システムで、今年３月に飯塚駐屯地に新編され
た西方無偵隊の主力装備。部隊ではこれまでシステム慣熟や飛行のための準備訓練を続け
ていた。 部隊は車載化された統制、追随、発射、機体運搬各装置と作業車などを日出生
台演習場に持込み、９日、初のフライト訓練を実施。薄曇り、風速２メートルの好条件下、機
体は安定した飛行を続け、上空３０メートルから着陸地点へのアプローチ訓練を繰り返し、約
２０分間の飛行を終えた。西方無偵隊では９月の手動着陸訓練を経て１２月には監視・偵
察・帰投の一連の行動を伴うプログラム飛行訓練を行う予定。
「無人偵察機システム」は技術研究本部と富士重工業が開発した砲迫射撃観測用の
「遠隔操縦観測システム（ＦＦＯＳ）」を基に飛行時間延伸などで偵察能力を強化したもので、
ＵＡＶをプログラム通りに自律飛行させて指定地域を偵察、発見した不審車両や船舶などを
追尾し、撮影した映像をリアルタイムで司令部等に伝送できる。 また、人の近づけないＮＢＣ
Ｒ（核・生物・化学・放射能）災害の被災地偵察や、噴火の恐れのある火山観測等にも活用
できる。陸自では現在、西方と中方に配備されている。
