Office 365 Microsoft Office 2013 Purchase Plan
All students and parents who have a valid KIST email address are eligible to upgrade their account to purchase a
subscription to a full working version of Microsoft Office. Students and parents who choose to purchase this upgrade
(available via the KIST IT Office) will be able to download and install the following Microsoft Office programs.

PowerPoint
One Note
Outlook

*Students who bring their personal devices to KIST to use for educational purposes they are required to have a
computer that meets the KIST Hardware/Software Requirements.
KIST is a PC school and we do not have any information available to share regarding the Mac OS platform and Office
365. Please note that One Note, Publisher and Access are Windows PC client programs and/or features only and
cannot be used across devices.
Subscriptions conditions and details
 The subscription is for one year from August 1st – July 31.
 You can install the software onto 5 devices per single user account. Each user will require their own subscription.
 All users who subscribe are eligible all software updates including the new version of Office 2013.
 The annual subscription period is from August 1st – July 31st every year.
 Students and parents can purchase a yearly subscription or a monthly subscription.
 First time set up fee will be 2,000 yen; renewal fee will be 1,000 yen.
 Installation and setup by the KIST IT staff is available 3,000yen.
 The KIST IT Office will provide free ongoing support for small problems/issues that take no more than 15 minutes
to resolve, however issues that take longer to resolve will incur a fee.
 Payment must be made at the time of application in cash only.
 A confirmation email with details on how to access your download will be sent 3 days after registration and
payment have been confirmed.

KIST のメールアドレスを所有している生徒、保護者はメールアカウントのアップグレードを申し込めば正規版の
Microsoft Office を低価格で購入することが出来ます。このアップグレードを購入する生徒、保護者は下記のソフト
をダウンロードとインストールできます。

非常に強く推薦します。
KISTはWindows PCだけ使用する学校なのでMac OSなどでOffice 365の利用するための情報はありません。One Note,
Publisher, AccessはWindows PCのみの使用になり、他のＯＳでは利用できません。
購読条件と詳細
 ライセンスの利用期間は毎年８月１日から７月３１日までです
 各ユーザアカウント毎にソフトは５台までインストールは可能です。使用するユーザは必ずライセンスを購入す
る必要があります。
 ライセンスを購入したユーザは全ての製品の最新版へのアップグレードの対象となります。
 生徒、保護者もライセンスを購入できます。
 初期登録料¥2,000、更新料は¥1,000
 KIST IT Office スタッフによりソフトのインストール およびセットアップサポート（有償）があります。
費用は２０１３年 9 月 30 日まで¥2,000、２０１３年１０月１日以降から¥3,000 です。
 ライセンス利用開始後の KIST IT Office サポート, １５分以内で解決できる簡単な問題は無料で対応しますが、１
５分以上時間の掛かる問題は別途料金発生します。
