ベルギービールウィークエンドは、
アジア最大のベルギー文化交流イベント。
毎年、
各会場ではたくさんの来場者を迎え、
これまでに40万人を超える方々にベルギービールと美食の国ベルギー自慢の料理、そしてヨーロッパで活躍中の
ベルギー人アーティストによるライブパフォーマンスなど、ベルギーの文化とライフスタイルを伝えてきました。
6年目となる今年は、昨年の名古屋、福岡、横浜、大阪、仙台、東京に広島を追加。全7都市52日間にわたる過去最大規模
の開催となります。ベルギーウィークエンド横浜は、3回目の開催。5月21日（木）から24日（日）の4日間、山下公園を
ベルギー色に染めます。
横浜会場では、ベルギー産の雑貨や食品を販売する物産展のコーナーを設置致します。魅力あふれるベルギー製品を
一同に紹介することで、イベント終了後もベルギーに親しんでいただくことが目的です。

商品の仕入れと販売について
ベルギービールウィークエンド事務局にて、当物産展に出品いただける企業さまの商品を購入し、会場で販売させて
いただきます。
•販売は、ベルギー・ルクセンブルグ商工会議所のスタッフが行います
•物産コーナーの商品はお土産用として販売します。原則として、
イベント会場内で飲食することはご遠慮いただきます
•スペースに限りがあり、かつ屋外での販売となるため、希望商品を販売できない場合があります。あらかじめご了承
ください

In 2015 the Belgian Beer Weekend is expanding again and will travel to 7 cities (Nagoya, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Osaka, Hiroshima, Sendai and Tokyo) for a total of 52 days. Over the last 5 years the event has
welcomed over 400,000 people making it Asia’s largest showcase for Belgium, presenting Belgian beers,
food and culture.
From 21 till 24 May the Belgian Beer Weekend will set up its tents at Yokohama’s Yamashita Park. Also
this year the BBW Organising Committee will operate a Belgian shop where authentic Belgian products
and souvenirs will be sold.
We would very much like to hear from you if your company would be interested in participating in this
project.

The Belgian Beer Weekend Organising Committee will purchase products from participating companies
and sell these in the Belgian Shop.
Please note that this is an outdoor venue and that due to venue regulations not all products can be sold.
Food and beverages sold in the shop will be sold as souvenirs and are not meant to be consumed at the
event.
If your company is interested in cooperating in this shop, please contact the Belgian Beer Weekend
Office by 27 March.
