この新しいeIDAS規制は電子署名の効力を標準化するもので、EUデジタル・シングル・マ
ーケット・ストラテジーの一部として7月1日に欧州連合で施行されました。しかし、すべて
の電子署名プラットフォームがオープン仕様というわけではなく、いくつかのTSPから発行
された証明書では即座に相互運用を提供できません。このような場合、組織は特定のTSP向
けの開発ベンダーに左右され、場合によっては組織で選定したTSPを利用できなくなってし
まいます。

provides European organisations the choice of any Trust Service Provider
(TSP). eSignLive delivers both Advanced and Qualified E-Signatures

The new eIDAS regulation that standardises the way e-signatures work
became effective across the European Union on July 1 as part of the EU
Digital Single Market Strategy. However, not all e-signature platforms are
open and some do not offer immediate interoperability with qualified
certificates issued by any TSP. Without immediate interoperability,
organisations may be dependent on the vendor to develop an integration
with the TSP or they may not be able to use the TSP of their choosing.
