６．ＴＯＥＩＣ公開テスト受験申込について 【13_の学部学生】
・平成２７年５月２４日（日）に実施の第２００回ＴＯＥＩＣ公開テストの受験を希望す
る者は、３月１３日（金）
９時～４月６日（月）１７時までに教務課・学務課にお越しください。

７．自転車・オートバイ通学について・・シール交付は４月９日(木)から
本学に自転車・オートバイで通学するには利用登録が必要です。
※新入生の方は教務ｗｅｂシステムに入れるようになってから登録可能となります。
未登録（登録シールのない）自転車は撤去の対象となりますので，すみやかに登録をし、
シールを自転車の見やすい所に貼ってください。
なお，利用登録は教務 Web システムからとなり，登録から３営業日後にシールを教務課か
ら交付します。
新年度は４月３日(金)１３時から教務 Web システム受付ですが，シール交付は４月９日(木)
からとなります。

７．All bicycles and motorbikes used on campus must be registered.
Bikes without registration will be moved to a temporary storage.
After registering your bike, you need to affix a "Registration Sticker" on your bike as
soon as possible.
For your registation, access on Web System and select"Registration" from the menu.

１．学生の方々への注意喚起
新学期を迎え、新たな学生生活が始まります。学生の皆さんは、学内外の法令・規則を遵
守するとともに、東工大生として良識をもって節度ある行動をとられるよう、注意を喚起
します。
Attention to Tokyo Tech students
New semester will start soon. All Tokyo Tech students are strongly requested to obey
national laws, including Tokyo Tech regulations as a Tokyo Tech student.
２．未成年飲酒、飲酒強要の厳禁
二十歳未満の人の飲酒は法律で禁止されています。また二十歳以上の人に対しても、無理
にお酒を勧めてはいけません。こうした行為は、懲戒処分の対象となることがあります。
万一、急性アルコール中毒等が疑われる場合には、すぐに救急車を呼ぶなど、迅速かつ適
切な措置をとってください。
Under-aged drinking is prohibited by law. Also you must not force students who are 20
years and over to drink alchol.
You may be punished if you do such things.
If a symptom of acute alcoholism is occurred, take appropriate steps such as calling an
ambulance immediately.
３．日本学生支援機構～平成 27 年度奨学生の募集について
平成 27 年度日本学生支援機構奨学生の募集要項を学生支援課またはすずかけ台学務課の
奨学金担当窓口で配布しています。平成 27 年度に奨学金が必要な場合は下記受付期間ま
でに必ず申請してください。
（受付期間）修士：4 月 9 日・10 日 博士：4 月 13 日・14 日 学部：4 月 16 日・17 日
４．日本学生支援機構～平成 27 年度予約採用者の進学届の提出について
学部新入生、修士新入生の予約採用候補者は「採用候補者決定通知（進学先提出用）
」を入
学後すみやかに奨学金担当窓口に提出してください。
５．日本学生支援機構～在学中の返還猶予について
奨学金貸与期間終了後、大学・大学院に在学中のため、奨学金返還猶予を希望する場合は 4
月 24 日(金)までに「在学届」を奨学金担当窓口へ提出してください。
６．日本人学生向け民間奨学金の申請について
民間奨学金の申請を希望する人は、東工大ホームページの「民間財団等奨学金」ページも
しくは学生支援課及びすずかけ台学務課にて掲示を確認し、締切日までに学内選考書類を
提出してください。

９．コミュニケーション・ラウンジの開設
4 月から、大岡山キャンパス大学食堂棟 2 階（生協第一食堂の上）に、学生・教職員のため
のフリースペース「コミュニケーション・ラウンジ」を開設します。授業期間中の 9 時か
ら 20 時まで（土日祝日は除く）
、休憩、食事、友人との語らい等にご利用頂けます。
（喫煙、
飲酒等は禁止です。
）
授業開始にあわせて、お昼には外部業者による多様な弁当販売も行います。皆様の積極的
なご利用をお待ちしています。
Opening of Tokyo Tech “Communication Lounge”
Communication Lounge, the public space for Tokyo Tech students, faculties and
administrative staff, will open on the 2nd floor at 1st Cafeteria, Ookayama Campus.
Business hour is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays during semesters. You can do things
such as having a break, having a meal and talking with friends. (Smoking and drinking
(alcohol) are prohibited.)
Vending of various types of lunch boxes will start from the beginning of each semester.
You can visit there!

１．平成 27 年度学生一般定期健康診断について
4 月 8 日（水）から学生一般定期健康診断を実施します。ご自身の健康管理のために、1 年
に 1 度の健康診断を受けてください。

トで配布します。
検尿容器と問診票と学生生活アンケートを事前に受け取り、受診当日の起床直後に採尿
し、問診票と学生生活アンケートを記入の上、健康診断に持参してください。

in order to find and prevent any health problems.

パソコン（3 台）と iPad（2 台）の貸出を開始しました（試行）
。
ご希望の方は平日 8：45～16：30 にすずかけ台分館カウンターにお申し出ください（返却
は 17：00 まで）
。
貸出の際は学生証と PIN コードが必要です。館内での学修やレポート作成にご活用くださ
い。
