6. Certificate of Financial Support (Japanese/English)
(If the financial supporter is a family member of the applicant, an extract
copy of one's family registers with Japanese or English Transcription)
7. Application for Certificate of Eligibility (Japanese/English)with photo

Note:You need to apply to one of the followings as the requirement of
acceptance to the Faculty of Humanities and Economics.
1)have passed the N1 of JLPT,Japanese-Language Proficiency Test
2)have not passed the N1 of JLPT,but have passed the N2 and will surely take
more than two classes of Japanese supplesmentary class provided by the
Center for International Collaboration during the period of study.

(相手校の大学長又は組織帳から高知大学長宛て)(日本語または英語)
3. 成績証明書 (日本語または英語)
4. 在学証明書 (日本語または英語)
5. 推薦書 (日本語または英語)
6. 経費支弁証明書 (日本語または英語)
(経費支弁者が学生本人でない場合には家族関係証明書(戸籍謄本など)を提
出してください。)
※日本語もしくは英語表記でない書類は日本語訳を添付してください。
7.在留資格認定証明書交付申請書(日本語または英語)
8.証明写真3枚 (4cm×3cm)(上記1,7の分を含む)
9. パスポートのコピー
・氏名・顔が確認できるページ
・日本への渡航歴が確認できるページ
10. 学習計画書(日本語)
11.日本語能力証明書のコピー (あれば)
注意:人文学部を希望する学生は、次のいずれかに該当すること
1)「日本語能力試験(1級)」を取得の者。
2)「日本語能力試験(1級)」は取得していないが、2級を既に取得している
者で、来日後、国際連携推進センターが開講するに日本語補講科目(中級・
上級)を必ず2コマ以上受講するもの。
