Field trip to Kikkoman factory for International Students
江戸時代から日本の食文化を支えてきた伝統調味料しょうゆ。そのトップブランド・
キッコーマンの工場見学を開催します。御用蔵見学や、日本人でも滅多にできないし
ょうゆの醸造も体験できます。奮ってご参加ください。（ガイドは日英両語です。）
Soy sauce is a traditional and essential seasoning to Japanese food culture from
the Edo era. We are happy to inform you the field trip to Kikkoman, world’s
leading soy sauce brand, will be held as follows. You can visit Goyogura, the
Imperial Soy Sauce Brewery, and have a special opportunity for experience to
make soy sauce. Lecture and explanation will be conducted both in Japanese
and in English. Please don’t miss the chance!

・定員 (Capacity)： 40 名（申込み多数の場合は抽選）
40 students (If more than 40 applies, participants will be decided by a lot)
・費用 (Fees)：\ 1,000（バス代を含む includes Bus Fee）
・費用支払方法・キャンセルについて (Payment & Cancellation Policy)
→ 10 月 15 日（月）～19 日（金）午後５時までに、11 号館３階商学学術院事務所
（商学研究科カウンター）で参加費 1,000 円を収納シールで支払ってください。
Please pay the fee by purchasing a shuno seal worth 1,000 yen at
Graduate School of Commerce Office between Oct. 15th (Mon.) and Oct.
19th (Fri.) 5:00PM.
→ キャンセルは原則受け付けません。参加費支払い後にキャンセルされても、払い戻し
はできません。 Cancellation is not acceptable in principle. If you cancel after
paying the fee, we cannot give you the fee back.
・申請方法 (How to apply)：
1. 「Waseda-net portal」に Waseda-net ID でログイン。
（Log in to the “Waseda-net portal”, using your Waseda-net ID.）
2. Click 「システムサービス（system services）」
3. Click 「申請フォーム（application form）」
4. Click 「【Faculty of Commerce 商学学術院】キッコーマン工場見学の
申し込み Registration for Company visit Field Trip to Kikkoman」
5. 参加決定の連絡を受けた後、費用を事務所（11 号館３階商学研究科事務所）
で支払う。After your entry passes, pay the fee at the Graduate School
of Commerce Office.（Bldg. # 11,
3rd Floor）

14:00～ 休憩・工場へ移動

14:30～ しょうゆ醸造体験

15:30～ ものしりしょうゆ館、御用蔵、自由時間（２グループにわかれます）
