In an effort to provide you with the most accurate quote for the cost of your NSF
Certification, I respectfully request that you provide NSF with answers for the following
questions.

が、ＮＳＦに対して次の質問にお答えくださいますようお願い申し上げます。)
１．TDS reduction is the required contaminant reduction claim, others are optional.
We'll need to know if they are interested in certifying any contaminant reduction
claims in addition to TDS reduction.
TDS の除去性能試験が要求されます。その他の物質の除去性能試験は、要望に応じて実
施いたします。TDS 以外の除去性能試験を希望しますか？
２．A family of RO systems are those models that use the same RO element, the same
reject line flow restrictor, the same automatic shut-off valve if applicable, the same
pump if applicable, and the same storage tank if applicable.
We'll need to know the
specification of all models in order to determine a product family.
申請する RO システムが複数ある場合、同じ RO エレメントを使用するもの（同じ流量
制限器、遮断弁、ポンプ、タンク等を使用するもの）は一つのファミリーとして認証す
ることができます。可能な場合、すべてのモデルの詳しい仕様をご提示ください。
３．How many materials come in contact with the water during normal operation?
通常の使用方法で、いくつの部材が水と接触しますか？それらは NSF 認証品ですか？
４．Where is the device assembled (country)?
どこ(どこの国)で装置を組み立てますか？
If you would be so kind as to forward the answer to these questions as well as any
specification sheets or sales brochures of the device you wish to have Certified, NSF will
be able to provide you a cost and time estimate.
これらの情報のほか、貴社が認証取得を希望する装置の仕様、販売パンフレットなどをお
送りいただければ、費用および時間の見積もりを致します。

The following is a brief overview of the NSF Certification process
ＮＳＦ認証プロセス(過程)の概要は次の通りです。
1. Application
貴社にＮＳＦ認証を申請していただきます。
2. Submittal of wetted parts list (only parts that contact water)
貴社に水に接触する部品リストを提出していただきます。
3. NSF sends out material formulation forms to you to be completed by your suppliers
ＮＳＦは貴社の部品供給者が記入するための材料構成様式を送付いたします。
4. NSF requests samples for testing
ＮＳＦが試験のためにサンプル提出を依頼します。
5. NSF audits your manufacturing facility to make sure the wetted parts list is
accurate
ＮＳＦが、実際の水に接触する部品の納入・製造の状況を、部品リストと比較確認す
るため、貴社の製造工場を調査します。(初回調査)
6. NSF reviews product literature in accordance with the standard
ＮＳＦ規格に基づき、ＮＳＦは製品カタログを検閲します。
7. Once testing and audit is complete we list product
テストおよび調査が完了すると、認証品がＮＳＦにリストされます。
8. NSF audits your manufacturing facility once a year
ＮＳＦが年１回、貴社の製造工場を調査します。(定期調査)
