理事も勤めている。再生可能エネルギーについ
て、修士課程で学んだ。現在、チュニジア電気
ガス公社戦略研究長として、エンジニアとして
働きながら、市民社会活動家として、人権や持
続可能な開発の分野で活動している。2015 年
ノーベル平和賞受賞の「チュニジア国民対話カ
ルテット」チュニジア人権擁護連盟代表団メン
バー。
1961年3月27 日生まれ。ボツワナ国籍。南アフ
リカ・ローズ大学でラジオ・テレビ放送のマネ
ジメント学や金融・経済学を修める。社会企業
家で、国際コンサルタントとしての勤務経験も
あり、CSO（市民社会）/NGO のマネジメント
や広報戦略に精通している。TICADⅥに向けて
はアフリカ市民協議会（CCfA）代表・南部アフ
リカ地域選出理事を務めている。
Born in Tunis in September 1953. He is the vice president of the Tunisian
Human Rights League, as well as the administrative council member of
the Arab Institute for Human Rights. Originally an engineer in the
energy field, Ali has a master’s degree in renewable energy. He splits
his work time with his responsibilities as the Strategic Director of the
Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas, and his avid career as a civil
society activist focusing on human rights and sustainable
development. Tunisian Human Rights League is one of the member
groups of the “Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet” that received the
2015 Nobel Peace Prize.
Born on March 27th 1961, Maungo is a citizen of Botswana. After
working in the banking and financial industry, Maungo studied
Broadcast Management for Radio & Television at Rhodes University
Grahamstown South Africa (Diploma). A social entrepreneur with
creative skills and international consulting experience, Maungo has
extensive working knowledge in Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and
NGO management and PR strategies. She is now focusing her
activities towards TICAD VI as the President and Southern African
Representative of the Civic Commission for Africa (CCfA).

国際関係学）。人権、コミュニティー開発など
開 発 学 か ら 政 治 学 ま で 幅 広 い 造 詣 が あ る。
CCfA では副代表（アフリカ問題担当）・中央
アフリカ地域選出理事を務めている。
Born in June 1970 in Cameroon, Willibroad has a PhD in Political History
and International Relations from the Yaoundé University I, and is an
Associate Professor/Researcher in Political History and International
Relations, as well as Peace and Conflict Studies at his alma mater. His
knowledge is widespread from development to political philosophy,
with deep insight in human rights and community development. He
serves as the Vice President (African Affairs) and Central African
Representative of CCfA.

弁護士や、セクシュアル／リプロダクティブヘ
ルス（性と生殖に関する健康）の NGO プロジェ
クト・マネージャーなどを経て、コンサルタン
トの道へ。CCfA 副代表（国際・アドボカシー担
当）。

1982 年 9 月生まれ。ケニア国籍。ケニア・ケニ
ヤッタ大学修士課程在学中（国際関係・外交学）。
ピース・ボートへの参加や、持続可能な環境を
作る「ケニア・ヤング・グリーンズ」の調査員
として活躍。現在、SDGｓケニア・フォーラム
の事務局コーディネーターも務めている。CCfA
ケニア選出理事。
Born in November 1955 in Mali, Mountaga has a master’ s degree in
private law business option at Dakar University. Currently residing with
his family in Canada, he has been working as a lawyer and an NGO
project manager in Sexual and Reproductive Health projects before
unleashing his career as an international consultant. He is the Vice
President of International Affairs and Advocacy of CCfA.
Florence is a Kenyan born in September 1982, and currently studies for
her master’s degree at Kenyatta University (International Relation and
Diplomacy). Has participated in the Peace Boat voyage as a youth
activist, and worked with Kenya Young Greens as a researcher.
Currently, she is the Secretariat Coordinator of the SDGs Kenya Forum,
as well as the Kenyan Representative of CCfA.

るポスト・グラデュエートコース修了。現在、
アメリカのマディソン・インスティトュート・
オブ・ビジネス・マネジメントで地政学の博士
課程在学中。国際テロリズムや若者、移民など
の知識が豊富。アフリカ連合やジンバブエなど
の選挙監視員を務めてきた。CCfA 西アフリカ地
域選出理事。
Born in January 1969, Oumarou is a citizen of Burkina Faso. He has
earned his Postgraduate Degree in International Election Observation
and Electoral Assistance from the Universidad del Pais Vasco in 2015,
and is currently studying for his PhD with focus on Geopolitics studies at
Madison Institute of Business Management. He is every experienced in
issues such as international terrorism, youth, and migrants. Oumarou
has served as an election observer for the African Union and
Zimbabwe. Currently works with the CCfA as its West African
Representative.
Mithika Joseph Mwenda

ニヤッタ農工大学で公共政策分析の修士課程
在籍中。気候変動の問題に 10 年以上関わって
い る。タ イ・チ ュ ラ ロ ン コ ン 大 学 社 会 調 査 研
究所（CUSRI）でも国際化と社会変容について
学んだ経験がある。気候変動への取り組みを
通じて、貧困の削減や持続可能な開発を目指
す。
A Kenyan born in November 1973, Mithika is currently a masters’
course student Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and
Technologies, majoring in Public Policy Analysis. Mithika has more than
ten years of experience in advocacy, networking and community
mobilization regarding global issues. Has received post-graduate
training at Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute on
Globalization and Social Transformation. As a climate change expert,
Mithika strives to contribute toward global efforts to combat climate
change, alleviate poverty and ensure sustainable development.
