平成 年度（第58期
平成25年度通常総会は、5月22日（水）16時30分より「日比
谷松本楼」３階に於いて、会則で必要とされる「会員数の
1／3」を大きく上回る34社（10社の委任状を含む）の出席を
得て開催された。
Annual Members' Meeting 2013
JMTIA’s 58th annual members’ meeting 2013 was
held at “Hibiya Matsumotoro” 3F from 16:30,
Wednesday, May 22, 2013. 34 member companies,
including 10 members by attorney, attended the
meeting.
The number of attendants was sufficient to clear the
minimum requirement (1/3 of the total membership) set
forth in the article of JMTIA.
After a short address, Mr. Y. Chiba, chairman of JMTIA,
took the position of the president to start the meeting.
The 1st agenda was the request for an approval of the
business report and financial statement for the FY2012
by former Executive Director Mr. Nakanishi.
千葉会長の挨拶の後、会則の規定により同会長を議長とし
て議案の審議に入った。
まず、第1号議案として平成24年度の事業報告及び決算報
告が中西前専務理事より説明があった。
事務局より IMTS 2012への輸入促進視察団の派遣、工作
機械関連展示会の協賛、平成25年賀詞交歓会など、同年
度における協会の主な事業活動に関する説明に続き、会
計報告が行われた。 次いで、金子監査理事（三宝精機工
業（株）代表取締役社長）の監査報告後、議長が第1議案に
ついて出席会員の同意を求めた結果、拍手多数により可決
承認された。
JMTIA office staff explained the main events, carried
out by the association such as the import promotion
mission to IMTS 2012, the cooperation for various
machine tool exhibitions, New Year Reception 2013,
etc.
Then, the explanation of the financial statement of B/S
and P/L followed.
After the auditor’s report by Mr. K. Kaneko, President of
Sanpo Seiki Co., Ltd. that the contents of statement are
correct and fair, the 1st agenda was approved by the
attendants with clapping hands.
As for the 2nd agenda, the business plan and the
budget for the FY2012 were explained to the attendants
by new Executive Director Mr. Yamashita.
In addition to the routine jobs such as issues of import
statistics, information exchange with other associations
and authorities, JMTIA will dispatch an import
promotion mission to EMO Hannover 2013. hold a New
Year Reception 2013, etc. The above business plan
and the budget for the FY2013 were also approved.
The meeting was over as scheduled and the
attendants moved to the 2nd floor for the reception.
次いで第2号議案として、平成25年度における輸入統計作
成・配布、関係諸官庁／関連団体との情報交換等の通常
業務に加えて、EMO 2013への輸入促進視察団の派遣、
平成26年度賀詞交歓会等の事業計画と予算案が山下新
専務理事より説明され、原案通り可決承認された。
総会は予定通り終了して、出席者一同は2階の懇親会場へ
移動した。

総会後の懇親会
総会後の懇親会は、午後6時より会員約50名、ご来賓 約
５０名の参加を得て盛大に開催された。
まず千葉会長の挨拶に続いて、新理事の紹介があった。新
任理事はダイナミックツール殿でその他は再任された。 理
事会社は計12社となる。
新入会員としてツールド・インターナショナルの大藪社長が
紹介され、ご挨拶いただいた。 ライスハウアー殿はブラウ
ン社長の急なご出張で会社名紹介のみとした。
次いで経済産業省製造産業局産業機械課課長補佐、永山
純弘様よりご来賓を代表してご挨拶をいただいた。（ご挨拶
の趣旨は６ページ参照）
その後ドイツ機械工業連盟 日本代表事務所 代表 ホ
ルガー・ヴィティッヒ 様のご発声により乾杯に移った。
参加者それぞれに交流を深め、恒例となった野中副会長に
よる中締めでお開きとなった。

Reception after annual meeting
The reception after the annual members’ meeting was
held splendidly from 18:00 where approximately
50 members and 50 guests attended.
Firstly, Mr. Y. Chiba, Chairman of JMTIA gave an
opening address and then introduced new
administration officers. New administration officer is
only Dynamic tools corporation. The other director
companies were reappointed. There are 12
companies in total .
Mr. M, Oyabu, president.of TOOL de INTERNATIONAL
as a new member company to make a short speech.
And Mr.Browne ,CEO of REISHAUER, because he was
away on business trip, He introduced only a company
name
Mr. Y. Nagayama Deputy Director, Industrial
Machinery DIV. of METI who arrived late when the party
was in full swing delivered a congratulatory address to
represent the guests. (Please refer to page 6.)
And Mr. Holger Wittich, representative German
Engineering Federation Japan Liaison Office, Japan
proposed a toast.
The participants promoted friendship respectively until
the party was concluded by Mr. H. Nonaka, Vice
Chairman of JMTIA in the usual manner of a
hand-clapping.
懇親会

千葉会⻑による挨拶
最初に、この懇親会に先立って行われました第５８期通常
総会におきまして。平成２４年度事業報告、決算報告 並び
に平成２５年度事業計画、予算案が承認されました事をご
報告申し上げます。
私、理事選挙後の理事会に於きまして会長に選任されまし
た。もう3期目となりますが、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
4月に行われました理事選挙の結果、理事会社12社が選
出され、総会で承認されました。その後理事各社の互選に
より理事会役職が決まりました。 全員留任となりました。
新理事会社はダイナミックツール殿のみであります。2年前
の改選時も殆ど留任だったわけでして、次期は人事刷新を
目指す、と申し上げておきます。
さて、皆様、世の中急激な円安と株高で沸き返っているとい
った状況ですが、ご商売の方は如何でしょうか。
私、個人的にはこの円安、株高で国内の設備投資が増え、
物造りの国内回帰が始まり、ひいては私共の商売も活況を
呈するはずと期待しているのですが、今のところそのような
顕著な動きは出ていないようであります。
昨年まで、国中が工場の海外シフトに向かっていたわけで
すので、その勢いは急には止められないのかもしれませ
ん。
しかし、国内物造りに対するお国の色々な補助政策もだん
だん実効が出てくるだろうし、私としましては期待を持って注
視しているところであります。
次に新会員の紹介です。
先ずはライスハワー株式会社さんです。
ライスハワーさんは長年当協会員でしたがご事情により一
時退会されており、今般復帰いただきました。
続きましてツールドインターナショナル株式会社さんです。
正式入会は６月１日からとなりますが、本懇親パーティにお
招きしました。
最後になりましたが、本年は EMO ハノーバーの年でありま
す。
当協会は例年の通り視察ツアーを企画しておりまして、既
に募集要領をホームページにアップしております。EMO 期
間中の滞在は会場に歩いていける便利なホテルを確保して
おりますし、EMO の後スイスの研削盤メーカーを回るツア
ーも準備しております。
皆様お客様もお誘いの上奮ってご参加下さいますようお願
い申し上げます。
An Opening Address by Mr.Y.Chiba,
Chairman of JMTIA
First, I would like to inform you the business report and
annual accounts for the FY2012 as well as the business
and budget plan for the FY2013 have been approved by
the 57th annual members meeting which took place just
before this reception.
Following the election of directors, I had the honor of
being re-elected chairman at the Board of Directors
meeting. This will be my third term, and I appreciate
your continued support.
At the directors' election in April, 12 companies were
appointed directorships and the elections were
approved at the annual members' meeting. Afterwards,
each company was appointed a specific role and
responsibility based on mutual election, and all the
appointments remained the same as the previous term.
The only new member of the board is Dynamic Tools
Corporation. Since most of the directorships have
continued for the past two terms, I look forward to
promoting a reshuffle at the next election.
How is everyone's business performing amid the buzz
surrounding rapid yen depreciation and surging stock
prices? Personally, I believe yen depreciation and
higher stock prices will lead to higher capital investment
in Japan and the return of manufacturing. Consequently,
I expect these trends to stimulate our machine tools
industry. Having said that, we have yet to see a
conspicuous increase in business. Until last year,
manufacturers throughout Japan were shifting their
manufacturing operations overseas, and it's unlikely
that this momentum will come to a sudden halt.
I do believe that the Japanese government's subsidy
policy to stimulate domestic manufacturing will begin to
generate results, and I will continue watching the
industry trends with expectations of improvement.
Next, I'd like to introduce new members. First, please
welcome Reishauer K.K. A long-time member,
Reishauer has rejoined the association after a
temporary absence. Please also welcome Tool de
International Corporation. Tool de International will
officially join on June 1, but we welcome them tonight to
share the evening with us.
Lastly, I'd like to remind everyone that the EMO
Hannover exhibition will be held this year. As in the past,
the association is planning an exhibition tour. The tour
details are already posted on our website. We have
reserved hotel rooms conveniently located within
walking distance of the exhibition site, and there is also
a tour to a Swiss grinding machine manufacturer
planned after EMO. Please also invite your customers
to join the tour. I look forward to your participation.

経済産業省製造産業局機械課課⻑補佐
永山純弘様によるご挨拶（要旨）
日頃より、経済産業行政にご理解とご支援をいただきまし
て、藤木課長に変わりまして厚く御礼申し上げます。
新政権となり、海外でも有名となったアベノミクスは、一の矢、
二の矢と放たれた。 世の中の雰囲気が大分良くなってき
たと言われている。
補助金事業もいくつか進めている。 いくつか仕事が入って
きたと耳に入っているが、経済はまだ実感が乏しい。
三の矢の成長戦略が6月に発表されるが、政策を如何に使
いやすくするかが課題である。 長いタームでもう少し大き
なものに対する支援が欲しいとかの意見もある。仕事が入
ってきたとか、まだまだ実感が無いとか、皆様の声を直接ぶ
つけて欲しい。 ＪＭＴＩＡも新体制となり、皆様との協力体制
を強めていきたい。 心の底から議論できる良い関係を引き
続きお願いしたい。

ドイツ 機械工業連盟 日本代表事務所 代表 ホルガ―ヴ
ィッティヒ様の流暢な日本語によるユーモアあふれるスピー
チの後で、乾杯となった。
先ほど紹介された新理事の皆様のお顔を見ていたら安心し
ました。 ドイツの機械がもっと売れると思った。
昨年は売り上げが一昨年より９％上がり、141億ユーロ（約
1兆８０００億円）となって2年連続良い数字が出た。 ドイ
ツからの輸出は２０％伸びた。
輸出マーケットはアジアが３８％となっている。 輸出相手国
１番は中国、２番はアメリカ（中国の半分以下）、3番がロシ
アでドイツ国内は６８億ユーロで伸びがない。
工作機械関連の全従業員は、71,000人で前年より５％増
えた。
日本のマーケットは複雑で難しいものを要求されるがそん
な中で、皆さんの頑張りに感謝する。
2013年は昨年より１％程度の伸びと予測する。これは2008
年の最高レベルに達する勢いだ。
A Summary of speech by Mr.Y.Nagayama,,
Deputy Director of METI
On behalf of Mr.Fujiki,Director, Industrial Machinery
Division of METI, we appreciate your usual support and
cooperation in implementing the policies of METI.
After a change in leadership, the new Japanese
government is promoting "Abenomics," which has
become famous outside Japan as well. Two of the three
"arrows," or main policies, have been fired. The overall
environment is said to have improved greatly. The
government is also promoting various subsidy programs.
I've heard that these subsidies have led to some new
business, but the actual economic effects are still
lacking.
The third arrow defining the growth strategy will be
announced in June, and one of the challenges is how to
make policy more workable. Some people in the private
sector have suggested the government provide more
substantial long-term support for projects. I'm eager to
hear from everyone how their business is going, and
whether new business has been generated or whether
the effects of policies have yet to be felt. With the start
of JMTIA's new management structure, I look forward to
strengthening cooperation with the association

Toast
MR. Holger Wittich, Representative of German
Engineering Federation Japan Liaison Office , proposed
a toast after his witty speech in very fluent Japanese.
I was very relieved to see all of our new directors at
their introductions.
In terms of German machine tool sales, I believe sales
will continue to rise.
In 2012, total sales of German machine tools rose 9%
from 2011 to 14.1 billion euros. This was the second
straight year of strong results. German exports of
machine tools surged 20% year on year, and 38% of
the exports were sold to Asian countries. The No. 1
importer of German machine tools was China, followed
by the United States (less than half of China's imports),
and Russia. Machine tool sales in Germany totaled 6.8
billion euros, on par with 2011.
Germany's machine tool industry employed a total of

about 71,000 people in 2012, a year-on-year increase
of 5%.
The Japanese market is complicated and customers
make many difficult demands. I appreciate the efforts of
all our members in meeting the needs of the market.
The German machine tools market is expected to grow
around 1% in 2013, which would match the market's
apex in 2008.

野中副会長による一本締めで閉会となった。
アベノミクスの三本の矢の３つ目がどうなるかが皆様の心
配事ではないかと思う。 このアベノミクスが日本再生の最
後となるかもしれない。
我々とお客様とで日本再生のお手助けが出来るのではな
いか。
皆様、積極的に参加していきましょう。 新体制になって
JMTIA も変わるぞということで楽しみにしていただきたい。
この協会と皆様の会社の発展と日本の発展を祈念して三
本締めをお願いしたい。
Closing Address
The reception was closed with a hand=clapping
ceremony by Mr.H.Nonaka, Vice Chairman of JIMTIA.
I believe that many of you are anxious to learn the
contents of the third "arrow" of reforms under the
three-pronged "Abenomics" economic policies.
Abenomics may be the last opportunity for Japan to
revitalize its economy.
I believe that we, together with our customers, can
support Japan's economic revival. I urge everyone to
take an active part in it. With its new leadership, the
JMTIA also promises to change, so please look forward
to the future improvements.
I would like to end the evening with a closing applause
representing our wishes for the development of the
association, member companies, and Japan itself.

第１回協賛団体説明会・
回協賛団体説明会・記者発表
The First Briefing of JIMTOF2014
７月３１日（水）に主催者である（社）日本工作機械工業
会と（株）東京ビッグサイトにより、ＪＩＭＴＯＦ２０１４の第
１回協賛団体説明会および記者発表会が開催され、出
展申込要綱等が発表された。
The 1st briefing of JIMTOF2014 to the cooperating
organizations and the press release meeting was
held on July 31 (Wed) by the organizer of Japan
Machine Tool Builders’ Association and Tokyo Big
Sight Inc. to announce the guide to exhibit, etc.

専務理事交代
Change in Executive Director
5月9日（木）の理事会において前専務理事の中西良和
氏から山下敏久氏に専務理事が交代しました。
中西良和前専務理事は、2006年5月から7年間に亘り
輸入協会にお勤めいただきました。後半の2年間はお
一人で協会の運営に当たられ、ご苦労が多かったと思
います。 長い間お疲れ様でした。
山下敏久新専務理事は、1948年11月生まれの６４歳
で、広島出身。昨年11月まで（株）シーケービーの機械
営業部、営業管理部に勤め、定年後、今年の1月15日
から輸入協会で中西前専務理事の下で引き継ぎ業務
をしておりました。
輸入協会の発展のためにも新規会員確保に向けて努
力をしたいと発言が有りました。 5月22日（水）の総会
で皆様にご挨拶をしました。

企画委員会の活動報告
At the Board of Directors meeting on May 9
(Thursday), Mr. Toshihisa Yamashita was appointed to
succeed Mr. Yoshikazu Nakanishi as executive
director.
Mr. Nakanishi has served the association for seven
years, having been appointed executive director in
May 2006. In the later half of his tenure, he operated
the association single-handedly for two years and
overcame many challenges. I would like to thank him
for his long and distinguished service.
Our new director, Mr. Yamashita, was born in
November 1948 and is now 64 years of age. He hails
from Hiroshima. Until November 2012, he worked in
the machine tools sales and sales management
departments of CKB Corporation. After retirement, he
joined the association on January 15 and began taking
over Mr. Nakanishi's duties.
At the members' meeting on May 22 (Wednesday), Mr.
Yamashita told members that he will strive to increase
membership and support the development of the
association.

日（金）にセミナーを
セミナーを開催
「アンガーマネージメント」という内容で、講師は会員
会社で、企画委員会のメンバーでもあった（株）リタール
の大山葉菜さんにお願いした。 大山さんは「日本アン
ガーマネージメント協会」公認マネージメントファシリティ
ーとしてもご活躍中です。
A seminar on "Anger Management" was held
on June 7 (Friday) and led by Ms. Hana Oyama of
Rittal K.K., an association member and planning
committee participant. Ms. Oyama has been
certified as an anger management facilitator by the
Japan Anger Management Association.

company in the Chubu district" was held on Friday,
July 26 as scheduled.
After October, it has been discussed to hold a golf
competition, a year-end party, a bowling competition, etc.
In March 2014, it is planned to visit a member company
in the Kanto district and have a social meeting for the
mutual friendship of members.

された。
会員企業訪問先は、株式会社東陽様、製造業の一般企
業として、株式会社東陽様のお手配により、
株式会社アマノ機工様に決定された。 また、トヨタテクノ
ミュージアム様も見学することとした。
企業訪問には、会員１０社より１７名が参加して、中型バ
スが満席となるほど盛況だった。
企業訪問が終了後には、名古屋駅近くの居酒屋で１９名
が参加して懇親会を開催し親交を深めた。

“A plan to visit companies in the Chubu District and to
have a social meeting" was executed on Friday,
July 26. The destinations of a visit to member
companies were TOYO CORPORATION.,
and a visit to a general manufacturing company was
accepted by AMANO KIKOU K.K thanks to the
arrangement of TOYO CORPORATION
17 people of 10 member companies participated in a
plan to visit companies that was a great success
occupying all seats of a medium-sized bus.
After the visit of three companies, a social meeting
was held at a Japanese-style bar near the Nagoya
station where 19 people participated and cultivated
mutual friendship.
