履歴書及び研究業績目録等の記入要領
提出書類はＡ４版とし、下記の要領で作成すること。
１．履歴書
本学所定の書式（以下に示す留学生センターのホームページからダウンロード可）を用い、
記入例に則って各項目を記入すること。

２．これまでの研究概要
書式は自由だが、Ａ４版の用紙に横書きで和文 2,000 字以内または英文 800 語以内で、
できるだけ具体的かつ簡潔に記載すること。
３．研究業績目録及び主要な著書・論文等
書式は自由だが、記載内容は下記のとおりとし、Ａ４版の用紙に横書きで新しいものから
記載すること。なお、科研費等の外部資金を獲得したことによる研究業績については、そ
のことが分かるように記載すること。
① 著書、教科書
② 研究論文（レフリー付き）
③ その他（紀要論文、書評、科研報告書等）
④ 学会やシンポジウム、国際会議等での発表
⑤ 研究助成金等の取得状況
４．外国人留学生に対するガイダンス業務の実績
書式は自由だが、Ａ４版の用紙に横書きで新しいものから記載すること。
５．応募動機及び着任後の抱負
書式は自由だが、Ａ４版の用紙に横書きで和文 1,000 字以内及び英文 500 語以内で、
できるだけ具体的かつ簡潔に記載すること。
６．外国語によるコミュニケーション能力を証明する書類
書式は自由だが、記載内容は下記の通りとし、Ａ４版の用紙に横書きで記載すること。
なお、①については成績証明書等を添付すること。ただし、英語を母語とする場合には、
英語能力テストの成績証明書等の提出は不要。
① TOEFL、IELTS 又はケンブリッジ英検等の外国語能力テストの受検に関する
こと。
② 海外での留学に関すること。
③ 在外研究員など海外での研究活動に関すること。
④ その他

All documents should be in A4 size if available and adhere to the instructions below.
1. Curriculum vitae
Download a designated Kyushu University form from the ISC website
http://www.isc.kyushu-u.ac.jp/center/home.htm
and complete it following the example on the website.
2. Outline of research
Write horizontally within 2,000 characters in Japanese or 800 words in English (no designated form).
Be as specific and brief as possible.
3. List of academic achievements and three publications/dissertation
Write horizontally (no designated form). Start with the most recent accomplishment. Include the
names of the institutions providing any grants for external funding (e.g. Kaken). Include the following
information:
a. Published books (including textbooks)
b. Research papers (only refereed)
c. Other publications (bulletin papers, book reviews, grant reports, etc.)
d. Presentations at symposia and conferences
e. Research grants
4. Statement describing experience related to guidance of international students
Write horizontally (no designated form). Begin with your most recent experience.
5. Cover letter describing the applicant’s interests and suitability for the position
Write horizontally within 1,000 characters in Japanese or 500 words in English (no designated form).
Be as specific and brief as possible.
6. A statement proving ability to communicate in a foreign language
Write horizontally (no designated form). Please include the following information:
a. TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge ESOL Examinations (for non-native English speakers),
or other tests of foreign language ability (with the official score certificates)
b. Experience of study outside your home country
c. Experience of work or research outside your home country
d. Other
