お茶の水女子大学では、
2013年度から、
社会に必要とされるイノベーションを創出し続
ける理工系グローバルリーダーの育成を目指した
『博士課程教育リーディングプログラ
ム』
を実施しています。
今回のシンポジウムでは、
これまでのプログラムの成果をご紹介するとともに、理工系人
材に向けた「企業における女性博士人材への期待」
を統一テーマに据え、
様々な産業
分野でご活躍の方々からのご意見を頂戴し、
産業界と学生との交流の促進を図ります。
