Velo-city Global とは？
 自転車環境や政策などについて討論する世界最大の国際会議。
 1980年にドイツ ブレーメン市で開催されて以降は、欧州自転車
連盟（European Cyclists’ Federation 略称ECF）の主催に
より欧州にて１年に一度開催していた。
 その後、「VELO-CITY GLOBAL」として、偶数年は欧州域外の
都市で開催している。
 2016年は台湾・台北市で開催。
