登録にあたっての注意事項
＜ SUP Language Exchange Program について＞
当プログラムは、言語教育センターのもとで活動する学生団体「SUP」が企画・運営を行ってい
ます。登録者のパートナー探し（マッチング）や、各セッションの企画や運営、登録者からの問
合せの対応なども SUP の学生プログラムコーディネーターが中心となって行います。
参加者の学生がお互いにルールを守って、皆でより良いプログラムにしていくことができるよ
うご協力をお願いします。
＜ 登録にあたって ＞
① ７回のセッション全てに参加できる曜日・時間を選んでください。
2015 年度後期は、11 月 18 日（水）～1 月 14 日（木）の期間、全 7 回のセッションを毎週、
同じ曜日・時間に実施します。
（12 月 25 日～1 月 5 日を除く）全ての回に参加できることを
確認した上で登録してください。
② パートナーが見つからないこともあります。
プログラムコーディネーターは、できるだけ多くの登録者の方のパートナーを見つけられる
よう努力しますが、登録者数の状況などによっては、抽選となります。そういった場合は、パ
ートナーが見つからないこともありますのでご理解の上、登録してください。
③ 登録後にキャンセルの可能性がある場合は、登録しないでください。
登録後のキャンセルは他の登録者やあなたのパートナーにも迷惑がかかりますので、事前に
スケジュールなどを十分確認した上で登録してください。
④ あなたのパートナーとなる方は、同じ学生です。
登録者の方は皆さん同じ学生なので、教育のプロではありません。お互いに教えることについ
ては素人だということを理解した上で、自分が相手に教えるため、相手に教えてもらうための
歩み寄りの姿勢が大切です。困った時は、プログラムコーディネーターも相談に乗ります。パ
ートナーとお互いに理解し協力し合う努力ができる方の登録をお待ちしています。
⑤ パートナーの変更は原則受け付けていません。
登録者の一方的な都合でパートナーの変更を受け付けることはできません。ただし、第 1 回目
のセッションでパートナーとお互いの学習目標などについて話し合った上で、不都合がある
場合はプログラムコーディネーターに相談することは可能です。
以上を理解した上で、登録してください。

Important Notes for Registration
<About SUP Language Exchange Program>
The SUP Language Exchange Program is planned and organized by the student group “SUP”,
which provides services througe the Language Education Center. The program coordinators
at SUP take a leading role in all tasks related to the program such as finding Language
Exchange Partners for all who register for the program (matching them and their Language
Exchange Partner), planning and organizing each session, and responding to inquiries
from registrants.
Please follow the rules below, and let’s make this program better together!
<For Registration>
1. Please select the days of the week and times that you can attend all 7 sessions.
All 7 sessions will take place on the same day every week and at the same time from
November 18th (Wed) to January 14th (Thu) during the 2015 Fall Semester (except
December 25th to January 5th). Please register after making sure that you can attend
all sessions.
2. It may not be possible to find a Language Exchange partner.
The program coordinators will try their best to find Language Exchange Partners for
as many registrants as possible. However, we will hold a drawing for partner
allocation if there are too many applicants. Please note that there is a possibility
that we may be unable to find you a Language Exchange partner in such cases.
3. Please do not register if there is a possibility that you might cancel
Canceling after registration may cause troubles for other registrants and your
Language Exchange partner. Please make sure you set your schedule first and then
register for this program.
4. Please remember that your Language Exchange Partner is a student, not a professional.
Your Language Exchange Partner is a student, the same as you, and not a teaching
professional. It is important to respect your Language Exchange Partner and for both
of you to be considerate to each other when teaching and learning. If there is a
problem, the program coordinators are always happy to help you. We look forward to
working with students who make efforts to work together with their Language Exchange
Partner and to understand and support each other.
5. It is not acceptable to change your Language Exchange partner
It is not acceptable to change your Language Exchange partner for personal
reasons. However, you are able to consult with the program coordinators about
your Language Exchange partner if both of you discover problems related to
learning goals, etc. during the 1st session.
Please register only after understanding all the conditions above.
