示 して から 早 5 年 。大 家 さん の 多 大 なるご 協 力 のもと 、何 だ か ん だと 解 体 は
延 期 され 、
「 小 料 理 喫 茶 ワシントン 」として の 営 業 を 続 け てまいりました 。今
振 り 返 って みると 、この 場 所 で 繰 り 広 げられ た 些 細 な 日 常 そのもの が 、あ た
かも 劇 場 のようでした 。そして 5 年 の 節 目 を 迎 える 2 0 1 3 年 、建 物 はとうとう
旅 立 ちの 時 を 迎 えます 。解 体 に 際 して は 、建 物 に 蓄 積 され てきた 記 憶 をめく

Yaguchi , came across Koutoku Shouten , a building which was then on the verge
of demolition. And now, 5 years have flown past since I made a show called Festival
Remains - Last home - to honor the building. With the enormous suppo r t of ou r
small moment in our daily lives that we experienced there was in itself very much like
a theatre piece. 2013 marks the 5th anniversary, however, the farewell of the building is now finally approaching. Every process of the deconstruction is carefully done
ture scenes and sights from the ever yday deconstruction process. And later we
present this to the public. The work will be sold and the sales profit will be used for the
cost of a future project. We hope as many people as possible will visit us and imprint
the last scene of Washingtown in their mind. We are looking for ward to your visit.
