operator-assist function will investigate the
cause and issue appropriate instructions to
achieve smooth operation.
The host communication function is
enriched to enable simultaneous monitoring
of multiple machines by the Internet
Explorer browser.
The self-diagnostic function and
trouble-shooting function explain the details of
alarm spots to minimizes the downtimes even
caused by short-time interruptions.

◆射出波形３点から４点へ 従来の真空波形と位置波形の入替を無くし、
