Oil Rotary Vacuum Pump VD series
VD シリーズは「低騒音型ポンプ」と
して開発されたモータ直結油回転
真空ポンプです。蒸着・スパッタ装
置から食品包装機まで、真空を創る
根幹のポンプとして幅広い排気用
途でご利用頂けます。
VD series is a direct driven low
noise oil rotary vacuum pump. This
pump is suitable for a wide range
of applications such as evaporator,
sputtering and food packaging.

メンテ ナンスの 為に 真 空 配 管 を 外さ ず、
ポ ン プ 本 体 部 分 の 脱 着 が 可 能（VD151・
VD201は除く）

油交換や日常点検のしやすい、ポンプ油覗
き窓、ドレンバルブの採用
●大気圧付近での排気においても排気速度
が低下しにくい強制給油方式の採用
オプションのオイルミストトラップ・油戻し
機構をご利用いただく事により、VD301・
VD401・VD601は大気圧以下の全圧力領
域での連続排気運転が可能

Optimized design achieved quiet-running.
Easy maintenance
Pump head can be removed without
disconnecting the vacuum piping（ except
VD151, VD201）. See attached figure when
pump head is removed.
With oil level gauge and drain valve for easy
oil exchange and daily inspection.
F orced oil circulation system ensures
stable pumping speed around atmospheric
pressure.
When equipped with the optional oil mist
trap and oil return mechanism, the VD301,
VD401 and VD601 can continuously run
at all pressure range below atmospheric
pressure.
Applications
Evaporation, sputtering, ion plating and other
vacuum system.
Analytical instrument, Leak test system
Gas exchange, gas filling, vacuum insulation.
Vacuum dryer, freeze dry, vacuum deaeration,
vacuum packaging, vacuum chuck, vacuum
molding, etc.
