みなとみらい 21 地区の横浜駅からの玄関口に位

置する三井不動産のフラッグシップビルです。横
浜の歴史や風土を感じさせるデザイン、オフィス・
商業・博物館の複合により賑わいを創出するとい
うプロジェクトのコンセプトを基本に、横浜らしさを
表現する「波・風・帆」をキーワードとして建物全体
のデザインを展開しました。
This is Mitsui Fudosan’s flagship building
located in front of Yokohama Station at the
entrance to the Minato Mirai 21 district.
Working with the project concept aimed
at energizing the city even more through
a combination of offices, shops, and a
museum, the design as a whole evokes
the history and ethos of Yokohama and
the motifs of “waves, wind, and sails” that
express the city’s special character.
