を獲得しようとしている。上海 GM 発足以降、全アジア自動車技術研
究センタ（PATAC)を設けたのも、そうした理由からだった。ここでは中国
人エンジニアだけで 1500 人が勤務。ところで、PATAC には米エンジニア

が立入れない中国人だけの区域や秘密会合があるという。PATAC 幹
最近、米ゼネラル・モーターズ（GM）関係者から興味深い話を聞いた。

冷戦が事実上終結した後の 1992 年 2 月 11 日、露北海艦隊の基地があ
妙な違いがある。音の指紋、すなわち「音紋」が、潜水艦ごとに異なるという

韓政府は 24 日、哨戒艦「天安」を沈没させた北への対応措置を発表する
西海（黄海）で韓米軍事演習を行う場合、北もこれに備えた態勢を取らな
