Keyboard shortcuts for drawings
If you want to restrict the command usage, add the following line in the
privileges.inp file:
action:RemoveUnnecessaryDrawingFiles [who] [access]
[who] is everyone or <Windows_logon_name>, or <domain_name>
[access] can be none/view/full.
In the following example, only the administrator can use the Remove unnecessary
drawing files command:
action:RemoveUnnecessaryDrawingFiles everyone none
action:RemoveUnnecessaryDrawingFiles ORGANIZATION\admin
full

4.22 Closing drawings
You can only have one drawing open at a time. Tekla Structures always has to close an open
drawing before you can open another one.
To close a drawing:
1. Click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the drawing window.
2. If you have made changes in the drawing, Tekla Structures asks you to confirm if you
want to save your changes.
You can also select to freeze the drawing, and create a snapshot.
