Le domaine se situe sur la rive gauche du Cher qui traverse l’appellation
Quincy.
The estate is located on the left bank of the Cher which flows through the
Quincy appellation.
Le cépage Sauvignon y règne en roi et trouve ici toute son expression
grâce à des sols de sables et de graviers sur formation argileuse. Le
travail de la vigne se fait en culture raisonnée dans le respect du sol, de
l’environnement et de la faune. Le Quincy est caractérisé par sa fraîcheur
et ses notes d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches. Il accompagne très bien les
crustacés, les fruits de mer et les poissons grillés ou cuisinés en sauce.
Les fromages de chèvre régionaux complètent de façon très sûre ces accords.
The Sauvignon grape variety reigns supreme here, where it finds its true
expression owing to the sand and gravel soils on clay formation. We carry
out integrated cultivation on our vines, respecting the soil, the environment
and the fauna. The Quincy is characterised by its freshness and its notes
of citrus fruits and white flowers. It is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, seafood and fish, either grilled or cooked in a sauce. Moreover, goat’s
cheeses of the region go very nicely with this wine.

The estate is part of the association «Vignerons Indépendants de France»
(Independent Winemakers of France).

当ドメーヌは、AOCカンシー地区を流れるシェール河の左岸に位置して
います。
Das Weingut liegt am linken Ufer des Cher, der durch die Appellation Quincy
fließt.
ここで栽培されているのは大部分がソーヴィニヨン種のブドウで、粘土
層の上にある砂と砂利の土壌のおかげでブドウの特徴が充分に表現され
ています。ブドウは、土壌、環境、そして生物に留意した厳格な減農薬
栽培方法で育てられています。カンシーのワインは、みずみずしさ、柑
橘類、そして白い花の香りが特徴です。甲殻類、魚介類、またグリルし
たり、ソースで調理した魚によく合います。同じ地域のヤギのチーズと
はまさに完璧な取り合わせです。
当ドメーヌは「ビニュロン・アンデパンダン・ド・フランス(フランス独
立ワイン生産者業者)」に属しています。

Hier überwiegt die Rebsorte Sauvignon und findet in den Sand- und
Kiesböden auf Lehmuntergrund alles, was sie zu ihrer geschmacklichen
Entfaltung braucht. Die Weinberge werden naturnah und mit Rücksicht
auf den Boden, die Umwelt und die Tierwelt bewirtschaftet. Die Weine
der Appellation Quincy zeichnen sich durch ihr frisches Bouquet mit
Zitrusaromen und einer Note weißer Blüten aus. Ein hervorragender
Begleiter für Schalentiere, Meeresfrüchte und gegrillten oder gedämpften
Fisch in feiner Sauce. Zur Abrundung der geschmacklichen Harmonie trifft
regionaler Ziegenkäse genau die richtige Note.
Das Weingut gehört dem Verband der „Unabhängigen Winzer Frankreichs” an.
